The taste is very earthy & bitter: the first time I tried it, I didn't think I could tolerate the taste, but after a few times, it was more palatable. I also learned to have a drink on hand to chase the tonic down & a piece of candy afterwards to remove any lingering taste. I can't tell any difference since I started taking this, but I have noticed the nights I ingest a dropperfull of Adrenal Support, that my sleep quality score is always 15 to 20 points better than the nights I don't feel like taking it. So, it must be doing something beneficial if my sleep quality increases on the nights I take it. Considering how much havoc cortisol wreaks on the body because of stress, I decided to try this product to try to counteract all the cortisol I must be producing; considering how especially stressful things have been the past few months. Cortisol makes it harder to lose weight & contributes to abdominal fat, too. I have lost almost 9 lbs in 3 weeks, but not being able to eat solid foods consistently because of the stress & anxiety is probably more of a cause to the weight loss than this tonic is. Though I have noticed a reduction in the puffiness around the abdomen (that gets aggravated when I'm under extreme amounts of stress), so this remedy might be a factor in the weight loss, but I can't say for sure if it is or not. I would say if you're under a lot of stress & worried about the effects of it on your body, this isn't a bad product for the price. My day is much easier when I take this product first thing in the morning. I find I'm not worn out after my morning routine of working out, getting the kids to school, and getting to work. Sometimes I take it in the evening to help me get through the bedtime routine. I'm not into routines, in fact, I find them mind-numbing and exhausting, lol, but this product helps me endure them.     • Good Product But Some Issues
On the plus side, the drops have a nice mint flavor and I do feel calmer and my energy is more stable since I started taking the drops. On the negative side, the delivery method is cumbersome. You're supposed to take 30 drops per day, and since there are no markings on the dropper, I have to put 30 drops on a spoon to be sure I am taking the correct amount. The second issue is that I have been taking the drops for 21 days now. Looking at the amount of liquid remaining in the bottle, I have, at most, 2 days of drops left, so although the bottle says there should be 30 servings/days of drops in the bottle, the bottle will have lasted only 22 or 23 days at 30 drops per day. Given the speculation behind the authenticity of its benefits and the fact that I'm not a medical professional, I can just say from a personal perspective that these drops did help me. In the heat of a highly contested divorce, each day being more exhausting than the last, after a while I was so tired, felt like I was hungover all the time. It's not like it hits you on day one but after about a week these drops really did helped in many ways, my productivity at work was slipping as well as my social interactions. I can't speak on behalf of anyone who's in similar situations but my personal experience has been great ... show more

As someone who intakes a lot of stims for both exercise and normally to function for my long 16 hour days I understand the importance of helping out the adrenals when possible. Double wood sent out the email discussing this product. Figured for the price might as well try. I did notice that after a few days of constant use I had more stable energy levels without my afternoon crash. Since discontinuing that crash has returned. So I would say it does help. Now my 30 servings did not last me 30 days. I was using a 1ml syringe to measure out the correct dosage too. The taste is decent all things considered. I would say that while this product possibly helped with my afternoon crash I was not blown away and did not notice any other changes. I would be curious to try again and see if I had a similar experience or if going for a few months in a row made more of a difference given how damaged I assume my adrenals are. Minus one star for less than advertised volume and minus one star for uncertain results. ... show more
