The media could not be loaded. Put these on my pontoon and 1 strip didn't work aftrr install. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement. After installing that strip I tested and they look great. Took the boat out that weekend and they did great all day and into the night. The remote works great even with the contoller box mounted under seats and the app has even more features. They are also really bright lights compared to some others I have seen. ... show more

Our controller blew off into the lake and no longer worked. I was able to get ahold of the seller even at 10:00 at night, had a new one delivered within 3 days. The lights look really great on our pontoon.

The media could not be loaded. The company is great to work with , stand behind their products, installation went smoothly, tested them in my car for a week , due to rain n weather , but also wanted to make sure there were no issues before installing them on my New Boat ! Adhesive is great , the are super bright, colors are brilliant, and the controller is out of sight and I can operate the lights from far away my driveway test I was operating them from 30 feet away from boat no issues I didn’t try further but I am sure you could pretty far away ! ... show more

I really like the solid waterproof connections, and that they include two power connection types. Bluetooth controller connected ready and the app worked perfect. Like several others, had problems with the first set, not sure what is wrong with them, but customer support was truly the fastest I've seen, they responded within hours and the replacement set came in a couple of days. I purchased five sets of these for a landscape lighting project in my yard. They are very reasonably priced for multicolor lights that come with a Bluetooth controller and remote. After you connect them to power they do a lot of blinking through colors ant various speeds. Then open the app on your phone and the app should automatically find the controller as long as the Bluetooth is on your iPhone. You can then do things like change the colors within the App. Also within the app you can select how it interacts with the remote and on this screen it shows you which remotes are paired. I THINK you can have a remote control multiple controllers at once or have different remotes for different strands. You do need to pair the remote to the controller. You do this by holding down the line button on the remote in the upper right within 5 seconds of plugging in the controller to power. Hold the button a few seconds. When it pairs it blinks a couple times. When you plug in these lights for the first time they blink through a rapid sequence of colors. This will continue happening until you control the lights via the Bluetooth on your phone or via the remote. The app is called ZENGGE. All in all it’s great to find waterproof lights with controllers for a fair price without too much fussy setup. I also sent an email with a question and support responded within a couple hours which was excellent. You can see in the picture how I used them. I bought these lights and needed a little extra length wires. When I reached out to customer service, they were very friendly and helped me out very quickly. If you need lights for your boat, these are the lights to get. Great Job Tendist!!

these strips aren't particularly difficult to install other than the fact that you better make sure you get the placement right the first time; because if you get it wrong and try to move the strip or put any extra pressure on the strip after its attached the light strand will break and cause the remaining section of the strip to no longer light up. Even putting a little pressure on the strand after attached perfectly will cause it to break; ruining all your hard work. I wish they would have reinforced the back of the strip in any form or fashion to help prevent them from breaking! ... show more
