I installed these along the sides of my pontoon boat. They were in an area that could get splashed but well above the waterline. One strip failed within a year. I ordered a second set and the strip I installed failed withing the next year. The splice pads under the tape rely on the tape to seal. This doesn't work and the exposed pads eventually corrode, creating a short to the aluminum frame. I will not order these again. I may request a refund since the claim is "waterproof". ... show more

Exactly what I was looking for! Comes with remote to change colors and what not. They glow pretty bright. I added pictures for reference. I was doing a boat project and added some lighting. Wired it with 14g tinned wire to my rocker switches. My boats a 14 ft mod v bow, the 32 feet light was perfect i ended up cutting the end off like 2 ft maybe. The adhesive worked great. Didnt have to use the clips or extra spray adhesive. Just hope they last long. Definitely recommend! ... show more
