I absolutely loved using this machine. It works on so many different materials however four months into using it. A piece of plastic has broken off and now will not hold paper in it without bunching up.

I bought this brand new cameo 5 in March of this year and have only used it a handful of times. When loading my mat, the roller snapped and will no longer hold my mat in place. I have contacted silhouette numerous times and still have not received a response. Poor customer service and poorly made machine. Will not buy again. ... show more
