I wanted a 10 inch frying pan to replace my old one. One feature is plus and a minus. The handle gets hot and the plus is that it can be put in the oven. The minus is that you have to use a pot holder when its hot. 2.5” tall walls and flat bottom…no slope like a wok. Clear glass lids has steam vent. Metal handle is long so my hand doesn’t have to be close to the heat but pan does go from stovetop to oven. Seems fairly scratch resistant but I still use silicon utensils in case

I bought this pan 8 months ago and have NEVER used anything abrasive on it. It chipped a few weeks ago and now the layer below the surface is showing. This may be potentially dangerous.
