Used on natural untreated, red/auburn hair with some age related fading, Left on 15 minutes. Result: a hint of extra color, did not look dyed at all. It evened out the tone and hair was soft and shiny. A wonderful way to let the hair grow out naturally without permanent dyes and damage.

Love this product, but I don’t even know if they make it anymore. Makes hair in the best condition my hair has ever been in shiny and easy to manage. Not to mention the beautiful color gloss.

My grey and light areas turned pink.

So on the box it said it won’t cover grey hair. It did on mine, and turned pink. My hair is naturally red. I was not pleased with the outcome. Where my hair is less grey it deepened it but still has pink tinge to it. Off to wash my hair!

Worked nice even leaving on less time

I read it wrong and planned 5 minutes. Already put it on when I double checked instructions. Oops. Left it on between 5 and 10 minutes. I have natural dark blonde/light brown and grey white hair. I had been using color depositing conditioners and shampoo. My hair was an awkward pink when I started, l
ighter where it is grey. I wanted to try something that may last longer. You can see that where it is grey (the line of grey runs right down my bangs in the middle of my face) came more copper, the rest sort of cinnamon. Great when you consider I cut the time left on in half. With my short hair, I will easily get 4 to 5 (maybe more?) Uses out of it. Can't say how long it will last, but it's pretty and my hair is very soft now. I can't use regular dyes due to allergies but did the allergy test and no problems, so I used this. No allergies to color depositing hair stuff and this worked well.

res. That’s why I bought it off Amazon. Also, a tip for everybody cash and if you’re using, it tend to put the colors starting from the middle of your hair to the bottom because if you douse the top of your hair, it can come off way too red, I like to do a balayage type of luck. I have very dark brown hair and it just gives me that Sunkist luck when I put it from the middle of my hair all the way downstairs is so beautiful. Thank you so much L’Oreal!

I purchased this product because it had "gloss" in its title. It achieved the opposite. It dulled my hair to an awful lifeless thing with some rust tone. And it dyed my scull, looks like I have hanna tattoo where my hair parts. Just awful.
