The installation was seamless and easy because there is an instruction manual and all the tools necessary are included. It only took me about 15 minutes to assemble the chair. It smaller than my previous chair which is fine for me, because it fits me perfectly. For reference, I am about 5'3'. The leather is high quality and won't peel, unlike my old chair. This Leather Office Chair is so comfortable. It offers great back support and comfort. It swivels and adjusts easily. My previous office chair would slowly slide down after you've already adjusted it. This one doesn't do that. It swivels around easily in a 360 motion. My only gripe with it is that the wheels don't move as easily over my floor, I have to use my desk to pull myself forward. The wheels kind of get stuck and I have to give it a good push.
