I've done steaks, sausages, chicken, all manner of veggies, and bruschetta--all turned out perfect. The grill heats perfectly even and the food releases easily. Clean up is easy compared to other indoor grilling pans I have tried. I have used this pan about twenty times and it still looks out-of-the-box with very little effort on my part. I have two other Le Creuset grill pans, one rectangular with a flat bottom (I use this in the oven only and love it) and one round with the raised sides (like a frying pan) and raised ridge bottom. The pan gets really hot and holds the heat. It is great for quickly searing Tuna. I have not yet used it to cook other foods. At full retail price the pan is too expensive. After all, it’s only enameled cast iron, not gold. I would not purchase it at full retail. I was lucky to get this pan for half price because it was returned to Amazon by the original buyer. I has a few small cosmetic scratches but doesn’t appear to have been previously used to cook anything. ... show more
