My previous chair had no headrest, which is why I chose this type of chair. Overall is comfortable for my back and neck, but I can't stay sitting for long periods of time due to the cushion. Claims to be for people 5’2”-6’0”, but I’m 5’10” and the headrest hits my shoulders. The arm rests are a bit too low for me, this would work better for a kids computer chair. Looks good though!
