I recently picked up the Lamicall MagSafe Car Mount for my iPhone, and overall, I’m pretty impressed with it. First off, the magnetic hold is fantastic. My phone stays securely in place, even on bumpy roads, which was my biggest concern. The MagSafe feature works seamlessly, allowing for easy attachment and removal without having to fiddle around. It’s also super stable, and I like that it doesn’t block my view of the road at all—important when you’re using GPS. The design is sleek and minimal, blending well with my car’s interior. The mount itself is adjustable, so you can position your phone at the perfect angle, whether you’re using it for navigation or music. Installation was straightforward too; it attaches easily to the air vent and stays put without any wobbling. My only minor complaint is that the vent clip isn’t as tight as I’d like it to be. While it holds well most of the time, I’ve noticed that during extreme heat (like in the summer), it can get a little loose, causing the mount to shift slightly. I had high hopes for the Lamicall MagSafe Car Mount, especially as I've been on the lookout for a mount that works with MagSafe. Functionality-wise, this mount hits the mark. It boasts a strong grip on the phone, courtesy of the 20 super magnets, and it's a breeze to attach and detach the phone. The mount itself stays securely on the vent, even on bumpy roads, thanks to its metal hook and upgraded locking mechanism. However, as with past vent mounts I've tried, it does present an age-old problem: the weight causes my car vent to sag, constantly directing airflow downward. This is no fault of the product itself, but rather an inherent issue with vent mounts in general. Moreover, I've had concerns about my phone potentially heating up since it's placed directly on the vent. If the vent placement isn't a concern for you, this mount is stellar in its performance. However, for those like me who prioritize vent functionality, it might not be the best fit. I'd easily give it 5 stars if it weren't for the vent issue, but I have to settle on 4 stars for now. ... show more

This mount is outstanding. It mounts to my vent very securely and easily. It has a very strong magnet. I would recommend that it’s only used with Magsafe cases with a built-in metal ring. I bought a finger popup and it will pull off the popup every time. It doesn’t affect the metal ring that I 3m taped to the case to hold the popup though. It’s just slightly inconvenient to remove the popup first before using the mount. FYI - I use it in my work truck, a semi truck that rides much harsher than a car and my phone has never been jarred loose from the mount. ... show more
