Pop-tech is such a customer service oriented company which makes doing business with them so much more pleasant. I received this product and was excited to use it as it has much more mobility and different ways of positioning the phone, versus the usual vent or stick on one position pop socket holder. Although the overall product was great, I did run into some problems as the suction continues to pop off of the dashboard after cleaning the surface and trying different ways of adhering it to the dash. I find that this product works perfect for vehicles that have a wavy/curvy shaped dash. I previously purchased just the pop socket holder for my 2016 Durango and for me, it works amazing! The adhesive/product won’t budge. It fits perfectly in between my air vent and my screen. But my husband has the Dodge Challenger and his dash is different and he couldn’t use the regular pop socket holder because there wasn’t a flat enough spot for a perfect view of where his phone would be on it. So... THIS product worked great for him! He can literally put it wherever and be fine. I love how it can be adjusted to your liking. This phone stand isn’t great. Yes I had it for a little over the year but the fact that it kept falling off after a couple months and now the cheap rubber broke is ripping, it’s crazy. It’s kind of scary to use while driving and I got lost when my phone fell to my feet. Don’t buy this unless mine was just a dud. I hate it, the pop socket holder is so difficult to put the pop socket into and does’t hold it steady. It makes my pop socket pop in and out and doesn’t stay in place. I cannot get the adhesive base off my dash to return it. Seriously, It. Will. Not. Come. Off. This is great if you have the patience to sit there for 5 minutes trying to get your pop socket into the holder and don’t plan on moving the base anytime soon. It has potential to be great , maybe im just picky, but just get the vent mount IMO. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My last car phone mount was not very pop socket friendly and my phone was always falling out, so I looked specifically for one that would be good with my pop socket. Honestly, better than what I was originally thinking. Super sturdy and easy to install in my car, my phone stays in place for my ride, and you can adjust a ton on it. I was impressed with the quality for the price. Although it wouldn't work for my setup and I had to return it, I thought it was deserving of a good review. Reason for return: my touch screen extends about 1.5" above and 3" out, from my dash ('23 Maverick lariat). The arc wasn't quite big enough, causing my phone to face the roof. Otherwise, I would be keeping it. Suction cup is that soft sticky rubber, and provides plenty of strength. I did not attempt to use the 3M tape discs provided, but from experience, I'm sure they'd only strengthen the grip. My only issue, had the arc been larger, was the depth of the socket slot. I use an OtterBox with the pop socket built in. Because of this, the socket is nearly flush with the case. The slot requires me to barely pull the socket out. In the long run, this will wear out the PS, causing it to easily pull out and sag (I've dealt with this in the past). ... show more
