I first bought this, it worked for a couple of days until the sticky thing came off, and tried the extras they sent me and then I gave up and trashed it ( I know💔) a couple of months later I get a personal email from the seller saying that they where going to replace the sticky things because their was issued with the previous adhesives. (figured out the word lol) so then I told them that I had got rid of the whole thing, and they kindly sent me a new product!!! YES!!!! The whole thing!!! I find that this product works perfect for vehicles that have a wavy/curvy shaped dash. I previously purchased just the pop socket holder for my 2016 Durango and for me, it works amazing! The adhesive/product won’t budge. It fits perfectly in between my air vent and my screen. But my husband has the Dodge Challenger and his dash is different and he couldn’t use the regular pop socket holder because there wasn’t a flat enough spot for a perfect view of where his phone would be on it. So... THIS product worked great for him! He can literally put it wherever and be fine. I love how it can be adjusted to your liking. Hi! I've owned the suction phone holder for a year, and I didn't have issues until a few months ago. The suction stopped working! It keeps falling off - while I'm driving!! I've been trying to contact the company because inside the box I have a "lifetime warranty card." BUT there is no contact information. I've gone on the website to the "contact us" page and tried to submit my issue, and it will not submit (bad gateway page shows up). I really love this thing when it's working properly, but now that the suction isn't working, it sucks! I've tried cleaning it as it says in the instructions but still the same issue. Anyone have any luck contacting the company?!!? If anyone working for the company reads this, can you please give me your information so I can contact you for my "lifetime warranty" guarantee? I used mine for a week and it already keeps falling off. also the arm never really held my phone correctly. the piece that holds the phone worked, but the phone may have been too heavy for the product for long time use. and i used it ALL of the time. i have an ipone 12 Max Pro. Gave it a 3 because it is pretty sturdy and probably works just fine for a smaller/lighter phone. I have a 2014 ford fusion and there really was not a great place to put the holder either. would NOT recommend it if you have a similar car. the dash is slanted and it did not work well and covered most of the dials and navigation panel ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My last car phone mount was not very pop socket friendly and my phone was always falling out, so I looked specifically for one that would be good with my pop socket. Honestly, better than what I was originally thinking. Super sturdy and easy to install in my car, my phone stays in place for my ride, and you can adjust a ton on it.
