Pretty easy to set up. The first hour it was installed it didn’t stay. Left overnight suctioned and then it came apart but then the next morning I placed it on again and it’s been stuck ever since. Please follow the directions. It does say this too. Update: seller contacted me and provided a better sticky pad. I’m in Texas so the heat is crazy here. This works like it says. All these people complaining that it doesn’t work just need to contact the seller for the sticky pad to purchase. It’s not that hard!! Update: 8/16/2023 the plastic ring around the holder where the phone is attached to broke 1 month ago. It has lasted me a good 3.5 years. Wish it didn’t break. Update 8/17/23 received the new holder and the pop socket holder wouldn’t hold my pop socket on my phone and it was wiggling on the arm part. So I took the old pop socket holder from the one that broke and it worked fine and stayed on. I would say the new holder was defective but it was able to fix it with old parts from the old one that broke. ... show more

Worked well when I first got it, but the adhesive lost it's adhesion about a week ago and won't stay put anymore. I've had this since December 2022. Overall it held the weight of my phone, and is adjustable.

This phone stand isn’t great. Yes I had it for a little over the year but the fact that it kept falling off after a couple months and now the cheap rubber broke is ripping, it’s crazy. It’s kind of scary to use while driving and I got lost when my phone fell to my feet. Don’t buy this unless mine was just a dud. Wish I could get a refund or a new one that isn’t defective. ... show more

I assumed 3m would have a strong adhesion on my car dash but it wasn't even strong enough to even stick to my finger. I unfortunately had to use like 3 command strips and that still wouldn't stick to my dash since it wasn't even. I had to stick it to the left of my shifter and it's able to hold the weight of the phone at that angle. I haven't given it any wear and tear, so I'm interested if it's going to stay down or if i need to order another strong/ separate adhesive pad to keep it down. Suction is great and the rubber holder fits my pop socket perfect. Disappointed I can't have my phone placed where I originally intended but im happy that i was able to get it installed in some manner to where it stays stuck down, hopefully it doesn't unstick and become a hazard/ distraction while in the middle of a drive.. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My last car phone mount was not very pop socket friendly and my phone was always falling out, so I looked specifically for one that would be good with my pop socket. Honestly, better than what I was originally thinking. Super sturdy and easy to install in my car, my phone stays in place for my ride, and you can adjust a ton on it.
