The media could not be loaded. Product was neatly packed and took about 8 minutes for me to put together alone. The instructions are a little confusing at first but overall easy to follow. I'm finding the collapsible option beneficial as I'm storing it under my couch. Takes about 1 minute to unfold it or fold it up, and is not very heavy or awkward to move around. As other reviews mention, there is no resistance in the pedals so the cardio workout comes mainly from gravity and increasing speed. Haven't tried yet, but could get a better workout with some hand held weights. I felt sturdy and balanced when using it. For the price, I think this is a great option for small spaces and getting some extra leg exercise / light cardio in while watching TV. Recommend ... show more

This is easy to set up and store, making it a fantastic option for anyone looking to stay active at home and don't have much space. While I wish it had a bit more resistance, It gives a great cardio workout and gets me sweating and the legs burning. It is a great addition to my home workout routine!

Ok so here’s a real review. I bought this because I was having a hard time making it to the gym, and I have a tiny apartment. It is very easy to put together. You cannot adjust resistance, you basically have to change the resistance yourself by how you work out on it. It can be a good workout if you get into a good rhythm, have good posture, and switch your tempo and include arm movements. You have to really do a lot yourself to feel a workout from it. It definitely does not give your thighs the workout a regular stair master does. Over all, it’s OK to get a little sweat in when you can’t make it to the gym. ... show more

No plugging in is required; it just uses one DD battery, which is a nice feature. I apologize for the mess in my room—I've been busy and just want to go to bed after work. I bought this so I wouldn’t have to go to the gym. It fits nicely in a small space right in front of my TV. It works great; I felt a burn in my legs and glutes within just 10 minutes. The quality seems decent for its size, and I don’t feel like it’s cheaply made. It is a little noisy, but not so much that I could hear it from downstairs. Worth the money 100% especially with a coupon. It folds up nicely to save space. It has a nice range which allows for a nice work out. I wouldn't use this as a 'primary' piece of workout equipment, but it's a great supplemental piece to a home gym or can be use for a quick workout session in a home office or living room.
