was a bit skeptical on adhesive but has been holding up well even when Im using the wrong bottom stick pad :P (window suction for on flat surface) read instructions after I slapped it on about 4-5 months in came unsticky but readjusted and now holds up even better

this is an awesome mount, and SUPER adjustable. it does eventually start to lean with the weight of your phone, but in my experience it takes a WHILE for that and it’s super easy to just tilt it back up to the position you like. I had to buy a new sticky pad though— the one it came with did not work at all, fell off within an hour of use. i gave the adhesive 48hrs to cure on the dash before installing the top of the mount and still no luck. after buying a new one though, it was super easy to install, useful as hell, and a nice design! worth the money! ... show more

I just had my second One break on me in less than 2 1st 1 broke in July. Maybe because of the Sun constantly beating on it on the dashboard, but I purchased my second one and here we are in April and it broke once again because it could not handle the heat of the Sun. What is the point of making? These these items, if they cannot withstand being on the dashboard all year round. There is bound to be heat from sitting under the wind shield. And if these things cannot last the April sun, let alone the July sun. Then how are you allowed to sell them? I want a full refund because this product sucks. I recommend that no one else by this. It will not last longer than 1 year. The first one did not the Second one did not either ... show more

I was apprehensive that this would work as my brain thought of all the old phone holders that used to hook in like this and they always fell. THIS ONE does not do that. My 2018 car was the last version they released before CarPlay so using this for GPS is amazing. I also find myself loving a spot for my phone and seeing what the notifications are that pop up while I’m driving but I don’t have to touch it or pick it up. I have no idea what has happened here but I had one of these until the hot Florida sun baked it to death over the course of a year and one of the plastic pieces I guess because too brittle and it broke in an irreparable way. Prior to that, this was a lovely car mount! Especially for someone who doesn’t have a fancy GPS built into my car. Well, thank goodness I’m no longer in Florida so I decided to buy another one. I have tried everything I know to do to place this one in the exact same spot the other one was in to no avail. I tricked sticky it to other spots without luck too.
