I bought this thinking it was a disc to use. It is just a code on a paper and you go to the website. I will say that this was cheaper than purchasing on the website. It was $99 online. Overall though definitely somewhat easy to use

    • WOW! What a great course for kids!
My daughter likes playing Roblox and I wanted to see how I can make her spend her time productively so decided to give it a try for this one. It was a bit uncomfortable for her to do "learning" instead of just "playing" at first, but after 2-3 times she got soooooo into this. Unbelievable! Once she realized what she can do with Roblox from this course her interest change drastically. Now when she's in front of the screen, all she wants to do is to build more Roblox games from CodaKid lessons. This is by far the best self-paced course I've came across. We tried it all, tynker, kodable, etc... all of these were boring for her. CodaKid definitely got it figured out how to keep kids engaged!     • Great for older kids
My son loves roblox of course. This is a little more complicated for a 10 year old but with his dad's help he and his 8 year old sister are having a blast making their own coding for the game. It is probably better for a little older kids but my kids still love it.

Updated Review: I have not received any support or a reply from them yet. It has been over 3 weeks. This is disappointing and asking for refund. Previous Review: I purchased the product and the subscription does not expire until April 5th, 2021. Initially their site was showing many YouTube video on Roblox coding. My son was working until last week and suddenly the site asked to input his information. Once information was filled, it required additional "upgrade" fees to do additional lessons. I know my son had many lessons prior filling his information and now, no additional lessons can be done without paying more. The site we no longer cannot find the site where they had initial YouTube lesson videos. This is a scam. I sent them an email last week and still no feedback. Very disappointed. ... show more

Good video content, and provides ample opportunity for individual creativity. Daughter has never coded before, when run into issues, it is tricky to get tech support, they eventually come to the aide and resolved all issues, but by that time my daughter was frustrated and lost interest.

My son has been addicted to learning Lua ever since he loaded this program. The fact that the lessons are built within Roblox, which he loves, keeps him interested in learning more.
