Bought for my godson last year for Christmas and it never worked. His parents tried multiple laptops and contacting customer service and couldn’t get connected to anyone. Waste of money and one sad kid with no Christmas toy from me.

I bought this for our 8 yo grandson who wanted to learn how to code. He’s excited when he finishes the project. The yearly fee is pennies considering the educational advancement he has learned. Worth every penny.

    • It isn't a disc
I bought this thinking it was a disc to use. It is just a code on a paper and you go to the website. I will say that this was cheaper than purchasing on the website. It was $99 online. Overall though definitely somewhat easy to use

    • Good product
Good video content, and provides ample opportunity for individual creativity. Daughter has never coded before, when run into issues, it is tricky to get tech support, they eventually come to the aide and resolved all issues, but by that time my daughter was frustrated and lost interest.

    • WOW! What a great course for kids!
My daughter likes playing Roblox and I wanted to see how I can make her spend her time productively so decided to give it a try for this one. It was a bit uncomfortable for her to do "learning" instead of just "playing" at first, but after 2-3 times she got soooooo into this. Unbelievable! Once she realized what she can do with Roblox from this course her interest change drastically. Now when she's in front of the screen, all she wants to do is to build more Roblox games from CodaKid lessons. This is by far the best self-paced course I've came across. We tried it all, tynker, kodable, etc... all of these were boring for her. CodaKid definitely got it figured out how to keep kids engaged! Really good balance of everything kids need - education, fun, humor and play. Could not wish for a better course. ... show more
