I'm pretty low maintenance with my hair, but after months of quarantine, my previously green hair was looking very lackluster and uneven. Solution? At home highlights! Without a mirror for the back. Without help. Without any training. What could go wrong? I'm happy to say that I still have hair - though it did come out spotty, uneven, and ranges from copper babylights to platinum skunk stripes. The developer was effective, and created a really good consistency with the bleach. It went smoothly onto my hair where I managed to apply it. I had to mix up bleach and developer a few times, and it seemed pretty easy to pour the two together and guess at the amount based on the consistency - although that could be why my hair is currently a rainbow of brown to blonde. I'll probably save future bleaching for the professionals, but at least I had great equipment for this experiment! ... show more

Hands down the best developer to give your hair the lift it needs without damaging it I dye my hair with Loreal hicolor red and the results are stunning but it all starts with a good developer and this is it I was told by hairdresser to get the color red I want it I would have to go back two or more times to get my dark hair lifted for the red color I wanted to take and get the results I want I only had to do it one time myself at home costing under $20 without damaging my hair and getting results that everyone compliments me on I'm constantly being asked who did my hair and can probably smile and say I did it myself this would have cost $400 or more through salon I think this developer it's the best on the market don't think get it you'll be pleased with the results ... show more
