Bought this to upgrade to a better scooter and glad I did. Easy to put together and can take for a cruise right out the box. Like the 3 speeds for the parks and especially the shocks for a smooth ride. The tires are great for cutting thru grass or dirt. The braking system is nice and the lights for evening is way brighter than my other. Nice turn signals and horn is loud so people can here. This thing does fly and good get up and go so make sure and where a helmet. Only takes a few to go 20 then 30mph. Lotta fun and I ride it to work everyday. My son loves his scooter, gets him all over for hours at a time. Speed and suspension is perfect. I loved riding it myself but I'm an amateur so it feels too fast for me. But this is the scooter you want to choose if your on a budget under $1000. Best bang for your buck! Only took off one star because we did have a pop in the tube and I had a hard time getting the correct size to replace it. Ended up going on their direct website to order the exact match. It came with a spare tube but when my husband was putting the rim on the tire he had to use a flat head screwdriver and unfortunately it punctured the spare tube. Please be aware ,this scooter does not go more than 20mph. The title states it goes up to 35 mph and only goes up to 20mph and it’s been 3 days and I’m still waiting for a refund. The scooter is built heavy duty and ways weighs too much and I feel like even if it did go 35 mph it would be too much strain on the battery because the scooter itself is heavy and seems to be made out of cast iron cause it’s extremely heavy. I bought it the 9,999 the one that is supposed to to have more power than the one that cost 799. Looks like they joined both reviews for both those products. I will be filing a claim since 1,135 for a scooter that only goes 20 mph makes no sense . ... show more

We purchased this scooter for my 19 yr old grandson to use at college. Seems that is the mode of transportation for college kids. It's amazing. Well worth investment. With the adjustable speeds, it helps with the hills on campus. This scooter has a great range for one charge. He loves that its key start also. The tires have a good traction. Absolutely Love this Scooter. The day I received this scooter, everything was packaged very professionally. It came with the charger, the seat, and even a bonus storage box! Also came with a nice Allen key set. You don't need ANY tools to to assemble this scooter, and the only thing to assemble is the handlebars with only 4 hex keys that need tightening. Very easy. The scooter itself is quality made. The disc brakes, the electronic screen system is easy to use, and the looks of it are top notch. I love how fast this scooter goes, 35MPH is plenty of speed for me without feeling too dangerous, also the mile range is great. The mileage does vary depending on the conditions you ride on, but overall you will get around 50 miles if you don't have any hills or rough street conditions, and if you don't add too much weight. I am 150 lbs so I do get a very high mileage range. Also the scooter is lightweight compared to other fast scooters. I live in a second story apartment and have no trouble carrying this scooter up the stairs, (over my shoulder). Overall I am very pleased with this scooter, I have already put over 100 miles on it, and not to mention, charging it cost me less than 15 cents in electricity. Absolutely love this scooter.
