  • Gift bag not included so be prepared for that. Overall decent scooter.
First of all, I wouldn't advertise something that you're not giving. Gift back did not come with the product but not a deal breaker. Second the scooter does ride nice but if you want a detailed review which I was planning to give, I'll ride it a bit more and if the advertised bag comes in, I'll go ahead and do it. And I do have a lot to say. :) EDIT: Because I did receive a bag without calling the company, I'll finish the review and by the way the BAG COMES SEPARATELY! Would have been a nice disclaimer. I have now placed 140 miles on the scooter. I'm 5'8" and I weigh 170 pounds so keep that in mind durring my review. The G2 is definitely a lot of fun. I rode the first month without the seat. then I put the seat on and I kind of love it. I have gone up to 32 MPH so far on a straight away. I have taken in shopping and to the gas station. If you're wondering how without a way to carry stuff. I just used a Fabric shopping bag that i got and attached it to both handle bars.. was super easy. most people just bring a backpack. I have been on trails with exposed tree roots and cracked pavement. I have taken most places i could think of to test it. With that in mind this is a great scooter for the ROAD. does it go through grass???? yes! however really only level grass not hilly areas. Also, it will go semi fast through it like over 20MPH. Can you wheelie? yes with practice u can do a stable wheelie but better get the max then it will be much easier. I feel with a single 600w motor its more suited for road even with off road tires because your back tire can get caught in a hole and will not pull out of it. However, with dual motors I'm pretty sure that wouldn't happen. Also, the climb with dual motors is much easier on hills then a single straining itself. The suspension is nice compared to scooters without makes the ride easier especially with the higher speeds. Also, it seems quite strong, and I don't think I've ever bottomed it out. Now if you're Riding on gear 3 the whole ride, I'm not sure you would make it 34 miles, which is the fastest gear or mode. It hard to say on that part cause I've never driven it to capacity on a single run. I do believe I have gone around 10 miles in a single trip, and I was about half battery on mode 3 but mode 2 could probably travel further and that mode is around 18.5 MPH and mode one is about 8 for the casual riders or if you want to have your wife or husband try it for themselves then better use mode 1. The Build The Handlebars, grips, and everything on the steering shaft are all pretty solid including the throttle, display and horn. And yes, it has a Horn when I thought was pretty cool! Everything but the kickstand. Now keep in mind that that the kickstand is actually pretty solid, but it's definitely not meant to be used while someone is on it! the kickstand will give a bit if you're leaning on it while sitting on the scooter. Use it for parking purposes only! The rubber matting on the scooter Grips your feet, shoes, sandals and everything else pretty much just fine. If it ever comes up or Certains sections come up just know that the matting itself is held with a light adhesive that u can reapply whenever. it looks like a clear rubber adhesive. I mentioned this because the front section of mine was mission some. No big deal. Few dollars of something I already had to fix. After that nothing has been wrong with it. All in all, I really am glad I got this scooter. It has been loads of fun and i even take it to our community pool, mailbox and things like that almost every day. ... show more

  • Amazing scooter..
This scooter does not disappoint. I’ve had a lot of scooters in the past from more well known popular brands and this thing knocks them out of the water. The build quality on this scooter is top notch, really solid quality materials used to put it together. It’s even cheaper than most popular brands out there, and you get so much more for your buck in my opinion. Top speed and battery life are actually as advertised. Battery life really is amazing, I don’t have to charge it after every use. I’ve had mine for over a month now and no complaints. I love my scooter. I take it back and forth to work everyday. I live in Portland Oregon also and it does really well in wet rainy environments. Just don’t go trying to run through deep puddles obviously you know haha but this thing can handle a lot of abuse. It’s tough, can handle off-road. Do your research, but I can assure you, this scooter does not disappoint. ... show more

  • Be careful. Stay in gear 2. Watch the road and for bad and distracted drivers.
Now i've owned a few lower end, single suspension, single brake scooters. So I choose the G2 PRO as a much needed upgrade. Firstly, All my previous scooters were kick start, so I went into the settings and change this one to 0 start. I DO NOT advise that you do that as a beginner. Even with me being an experience scooter rider ,I consistent touch the throttle while walking beside it and that thing runs off without me. Secondly, using the front brake to stop suddenly will often result in the scooter landing face first. Get use to anticipating potential hazards and adjust the rear bake handle where you can hover it constantly. Try to stay in gear 2 as it seems to be a sweet spot for having a handle on stopping and maneuvering. The dual shocks feel great and provides for a very comfortable ride. Just be careful dropping off heights because you might break the nipple on your rear inner tube. Thirdly, speed. This scooter has some pretty decent acceleration and I was able to achieve a top speed of about 28 MPH on level 3 (I went into the settings and removed the top speed limiter) . MY average top speed I see is about 24-25MPH ,and that's carrying a HEAVY back pack making my total weight around 225 lbs. Level 2 speed is limited to 18 MPH, which is pretty good to use this scooter in a metropolitan/city area. Level 1 is a top speed of about 9 MPH ... I guess for when granny wants a test ride. i've seen about 12-15 MPH uphill with a 15 incline. As far as range I do 12-16 miles round trip daily on level 2 speed setting on a single charge Things to note : The rear fender offers no mudflap protection at ALL, if you ride on a wet/drenched surface at moderate speed or higher, there's a 95% chance the back of your shirt and pants are going to be soaked and dirty. I have ridden this scooter in moderate rain a few times. I do not advise doing so. These IP water ratings are to be taken with a grain of salt. I've had malfunctions with the horn coming on nonstop when i turn the headlight on after rain exposures. This is not a scooter you can ride with one hand. The handling just isn't that stable. You will fall. From the settings menu you can customize your top speed, zero start, MPH/KMH and cruise control among other things. I DO NOT ADVISE TURNING ON CRUISE CONTROL IN A CITY AREA. The is no notification when it's activated, so you would let off the throttle and anticipate a decrease in speed an it will continue at that max pace steadily . This thing weighs like 62 pounds and not distributed the best. Find that balance point and wear gloves. ... show more

  • the rear tire was punctured
I bought it on August 11, 2023 and the tire kept going flat and I had to change it and spend money and I tried to get help but I kept getting that there was no help service for that and the product was defective. Could you please help me? I’m tired to change fixed all the time 😤

  • Nice electric scooter but yes, tire changing issues
The scooter itself is great. Everything worked just fine on it. As others noted when the tires pop, changing them can be tricky. Definitely watch videos on how to do this and have patience.
