Very nice chair at a reasonably good price. Delivered sooner than expected. Well packed and easy to assemble. Seat padding is thick and soft. Reclining is smooth and locking control is easy. So far so good and unfortunately too good, wife stole it and gave me her old one. Happy but not happy lol.

I was disappointed in the wheels. They do not work well. The company is going to upgrade the wheels so the chair is more maneuverable. Very responsive company.

    • It’s comfy!
I work 3-12 hour shifts at a computer, so I needed something comfy. This chair is awesome with the recline and the leg rest on it. I can easily sit cross legged in it or stretched out. My only thing is I wish the arm rests extended back some for elbow support.

I started working from home and needed a supportive chair because my back was in constant pain. Since using this chair for a week, I have had ZERO back pain! The massager isn't that great, but I love how everything is adjustable!

    • Broke after a year
I got the chair before a surgery because I needed something better for long term use and comfort. It broke shortly after but I had to fix it myself because the replacement process was going to take too long. But after a year later, it remains broken and continues to fail. The seat constantly leans forward causing me to have to lean further back to counter it. And with another surgery coming up, i'm going to have to try replacing the chair because it is now unable to support me properly and comfortably whenever I begin the recovery process. ... show more

I had this chair for a little over a month before the spot that you attach the wheels to broke pitching me forward and I almost hit my face on my desk. While this chair was comfortable to sit in the fact it broke after not having it for too long makes me not recommend it. I wish I had spent the money on something else instead of this chair. ... show more
