My ONLY complaint is that the plastic lever or bar that dispenses balls for your iron shots is not weighted and it doesn’t retract like the lever used for your shots with your driver, that lever has a weight on the end of it and it retracts perfectly. I’m just wondering why there is no weight on the lever for the iron shots, was it manufactured that way? The lever stays in the down position all the time. I am going to tinker with it by adding some weight to see if it retracts after every shot. Other than that issue, the dispenser is great for practicing your golf swing. I bought this to help with my back, I had major back surgery about six months ago and this product saves the day. ... show more

    • Does what it says. Good company too with integrity.
I had some trouble with my initial unit and the company was nothing but 5 star in resolving my problem. Hard to find a company that actually cares about their product and more importantly their customer. I would buy from this company in the future knowing this.

I purchased this because I have back issues and it keeps me from bending down to put the balls on the tea, which is really great. The construction of the box seems pretty good, but they really skimp on some of the items. The pedal that you had to drop a ball is made of cheap plastic and so the two arms that drop the ball. They only sent one magnet, so you have to switch between the two in order for the arm to swing back up After it drops the ball. That would Really eliminate the chances of you breaking it. Taking this into consideration, I went on the website to try to find a way to buy replacement arms so I can have a few as back up because I know these are going to break. I couldn’t find any information or way to contact the manufacturer to get replacements. For $150 you would think the arms would be better quality and you would at least get two magnets so you can switch the arms out. ... show more

Requiere fijarlo al suelo porque se desplaza fácilmente con lo que se desacopla del tee donde debe depositarse la pelota . Una vez fijado al suelo con topes de goma u otro es fácil de usar y muy cómodo
