Fast and smooth ride. Orange color and lighting stands out. At full power the range shortens quickly (<10miles at 40+ mph) but riding at the low range with my son I easily get 30+ miles at 20mph. For the price, you get a great scooter that you should take precautions when riding around in traffic or steep terrain which this scooter does well in. Be safe when riding 40+ mph, wear appropriate protective gear. Vehicles definitely get annoyed they have to drive near a scooter, so I find it amusing when I can pull away from them off the line and they are smiling when they finally catch up. With a little bit of planning, this scooter has saved me hundreds in fuel already getting to work the last 6 months. It'll pay for itself within a couple years. After 100 miles, I recently added a steering dampener which makes the experience more relaxing. They have assisted us in every step of the way with adjusting the delivery, helping me with issues during the adjustment of delivery, and letting me know exactly when we would receive it— beyond my expectations. This 5600W Dual Motor Electric Scooter is very fast and extremely powerful— everything I wanted and needed! It is exciting taking this 5600W 35Ah Dual Motor Electric Scooter out on the rough terrain and within town. Everyone comments on it when I am seen riding it and ask questions when I stop about it. Good scooter , built well , great suspension, speed in highest mode I was able to get to 45 mph . I'm 210 lbs maybe more. Seems like it's built well and controls are easy to use . Cons, the display and headlight and signal controls feel cheap for such a beefy machine . Those items alone stand out as cheap plastic things. But they function fine and have had no issues in 2 months or riding. Also the app is not great . It's fictional but can use some work it's not very useful to me whatsoever. I use it every day so far great price and has tons of power. Time will tell . ... show more

I've had this scooter for about a month and a half I haven't had no problems with it other then something I did to the settings but I emailed customer service and they responded within a couple hours got my setting back to default and my scooter was back on the road. This thing is so fast when in turbo and 3rd gear you better hold on because it will rip you off the back. Then only gripe I have is the battery doesn't last 56+ miles. Maybe if you baby it but you want to ride it ! I suggest that a bigger battery be put it to last longer.. ... show more

First kudos to this company. My scooter came with a bad charger that burnt one of the charging ports. The company responded immediately and sent two brand new Chargers and replacement parts for the ports with complete instructions on how to repair it. No problems, worked great. This scooter is a monster, always wear a helmet and gloves if not motorcycle gear or at least some basic body protection. Seriously, this scooter is really fast. I went on a group bike ride with people from my city and could outpace all the electric bikes. I'm not sure why they made this scooter but I'm glad they did. It is really fun but dangerous. If you're on wet pavement or loose gravel I suggest only using the rear motor. it will literally chirp the front tire when using dual motors on dry Blacktop. I built a clamp for the seat post so that I can connect a two-seater wagon to the scooter. I pulled the loaded wagon around all the bike paths throughout the city and the city parks and Recreation areas for a whole day and still had half a battery. I was able to pull the wagon with with zero effort Including up hills. ... show more
