We bought this scooter to replace another one for our 6 yr old and she loves it. She got the pink one and it lights up with different patterns and its very easy for her to use. Its alot quieter when riding then the ones she has had in the past. The only thing I would say isnt the greatest is that when she has the lights on and is riding is that if she hits a bump the lights turn off and she has to stop and turn them back on. ... show more

Jetson has amazing customer service and made it right. Updating to 5 stars. My daughter is small. Barely 40lbs. We’ve had this scooter for 9 days and it’s breaking. Not thrilled with the quality of this product.

The media could not be loaded. The first one I ordered was on deal before Christmas. I was soo happy and excited for my girl to get it, until we discovered that it does not light up. I requested a replacement within my return window. We got it within two day and we're happy again. Untill discovered that it does not light up either.... My hubby had to disassemble it in full and check all the wires and connections. He discovered that when you put it together and put the screw in do hold bataries, piece of plastic dislodges the battery. He solved it with putting a ball made out of aluminum foil in one of batteries. Problem solved!!! My girl was on it zipping through the house and kitchen. That thing lights up bright - big time!!!! I am adding pics to see how it does light up and pointing where exactly we put the ball to keep electrical connection going. Good luck to you all! ... show more
