I had to get these because of the way i was so hooked to these pencils as a child. They are just like you would expect. Each pencil has glitter specs and all of my pencil leads have came sharp so far when using.

Several years ago, I scored some swag from a company I visited that had one of these type of pencils. It lasted me a long, long time (has to be at least 15 years!). I didn't realize until recently that they sold these in bulk like this. I'm going back to school for a certification and needed some new ones so I bought these. If I had kids, I would probably get these for them as well. They last a really long time and don't need sharpening at all. ... show more

    • A cheap version of those pencils we used as kids
The pencil lead is too light in color and leaves a grayish mark and the pencil barrel is weak and flimsy.

I remember as a kid my mom taking me to the Sanrio store to buy these kinds of pencils. Super nostalgic and cute. I was concerned the cap would be too loose to put at the back to erase but it’s actually not. Great pencils.
