I enjoy the color and aesthetic, but the erasers on the pencil itself don’t work too well. However, the actual erasers work amazingly. The pencils write nicely, and there is a lot of lead included.

My daughter loves mechanical pencils and these are really nice with great quality. It came with refill lead and the pencil had decent erasers with the pencil. Way better than the typical mechanical pencil you find at big retail stores and the colors are very pretty

These pastel mechanical pencils are so cute and perfect for adding a little fun to my desk! They write smoothly, and the lead advances easily without breaking too often. I've been using this pretty frequently since I got it. Still have tons of lead! The pencils are very comfortable in my hand. I am an artist, and tend to find things shaped ergonomically extremely helpful. The colors are nice. I also like how you get extra erasers! Yes, the eraser is under the hard plastic cap on the end. The same one you pull off to refill the lead. Yes you pull out the eraser to refill the pencil. You do get two different sized pencils and lead. Make sure you pay attention to the size on the pencil, and on the refillable lead containers! The metal tips also push into the pencil to put them back in the case properly. Don't worry, they come right back out as soon as you push the end to eject more lead out. The carry case has been a blessing when traveling with it! Awesome value for the money. Everything is easy to use. The thickness is perfect for a backpack or purse. Mine comes with me in my purse! I slide it sideways next to my sketchpad and tablet! Fits perfectly! My 13 year old told me to specifically purchase these "0.7mm Japanese pencils because they work better than the other ones." I'll take her word for it. Plus the colors are nice to look at and are easy to spot when they end up thrown around the backseat of my car. She's never complained about them, so I guess they are a good deal. It’s comfortable to write with, they’re obviously really nice looking and it comes with so much stuff! As you can see in my pic, there’s not a huge difference in the thickness of the lines based on the size of lead but you CAN feel the difference when writing. I like the 0.7 and 0.9 the best bc it’s sturdy feeling in the pencil (mechanical pencils tend to wiggle around inside but the thicker lead seems to feel more sturdy. ) It could be my imagination but there seems to be a tiny bit more resistance with the thicker lead. I love how many small white eraser replacements you get and all the lead and flat erasers, etc My biggest con is about half the white eraser is unusable as the holder for it goes deep. Huge oversight. I currently can’t get one of the erasers out lol but I haven’t messed with it much. I’m sure I can stick a paper clip in there and get it out. (And even so, there’s the flat erasers too) I’ll update with more later if this changes. Overall I highly recommend!! Would make an awesome gift, esp a stocking stuffer :) ... show more
