I like how it's folds up and it's seem pretty well built...just wish it was a little bigger (that's what she said). Or maybe I'll get better and not think that anymore! It doesn't seem to lock, but it stays open, for the cost happy with the purchase.

I purchased the 23” net for my brother-in-law who is an avid golfer. Apparently he uses the backyard to practice chipping, but never owned a net. He was very happy to receive this for Christmas! My sister said he was already outside using it Christmas Day!

Solidly built. Great price. Quick delivery. Fun! After only 10-20 balls I became more fluid and accurate chipping with real balls and also hitting a 9ir with practice balls at full swing. Love it. Have a chipping/hitting map coming and a wedge set, so I can't wait to set up the whole rig. It folds up small, like a junior camp chair, with ease. Also, each target hole has its own closed net, so it's easy when you retrieve balls to see which hit the bulls-eye, which hit inside the yellow, and which hit in the outer, black ring. Okay, so I’m not a golfer, but this target is still useful to me. This opens and collapses like one of those portable pipe chairs. Just pull on the plastic handles and it opens and closes. The innermost white ring is the smallest of the three fishing type nets, the yellow ring is the mesh net behind it (taking up the second largest target area), and the biggest net holds the two nets in place via sewn straps. The material it is made of seems like a strong nylon type material. The outer ring is also held to the pipes with equally strong Velcro ties, so you can wash it if need be. I highly recommend not letting anyone sitting in it, because it does not seem designed to handle the weight of a person (despite being made of tough material and looking like a chair) due to the plastic pieces, tiny joints, and thin pipes. Can it handle golf balls? Probably. But for me, it’s a Nerf Dart or ball blaster target, and a good one at that. ... show more
