Absolutely love it! The sport mode in 2wd is a little scary, but this scooter is pretty reliable. Can go about 20 miles in ECO mode on 1wd, perfect for my commute to work, and I believe about 12-14 miles in race mode(with consistent stop and go.) Charging takes about 5-6 hours from 30%, so scooter is ready for me to get home after work. Folding the scooter is very simple, and it fits in the back of my Chevy Sonic with ease, or even just in the back seat. The turn signals are great, front headlight is a little dim though, but the underbelly lights are a nice touch, and you can even turn them off while the other lights are on. The lock out mode in the app is also great to steer off thieves, and you can keep it locked when you plug in the charger, so when you power it back up, they'll need you phone to get it moving again. One thing that caught me off guard was the fedex guy dropped it off at the wrong address. Lucky, the person they dropped it off to brought it over to me. Got this scooter for my son for Christmas. He is obsessed and so are his friends! He rides it all over the neighborhood and in the fields behind our house. It’s fast and smooth and not bumpy. The suspension is amazing! The battery lasts for a long time which is good bc sometimes he forgets to charge it! I like that is had mechanical disc brakes and an electric brake system so I know he is easily able to slow down and stop. The best part is, since it accommodates people up to 330 lbs, my husband can ride it too! Such fun! I received the scooter about 4 days early which was pretty cool said it had 5 bars for the battery but the first two dropped pretty quickly got about 1.5 hours on it before I needed to charge it for the first time. I will say the scooter is really fun and pretty fast and peppy in 2wheel drive. Overall pretty well built not too heavy. It seemed to do as was advertised, I’m 210 lbs and it got to 38mph relatively easy. Now everything I’ve said so far is pretty positive, but I’m giving this review a 1 star for now because either the scooter or the charger is defective. No indicator light shows up on either the scooter or the charger. I left it plugged in for around 4 hours just in case but nothing. As far as customer service I called twice once yesterday (Sunday) and today on Monday as well. It went straight to voicemail both days and prompted me to leave a voicemail (which I did). Hopefully I havnt heard back because yesterday was Sunday and today is a holiday, I’m hoping I’ll hear from them tomorrow at the latest because when you spend this amount of money on a scooter you hope to get more than 1 ride out of it. I will update the review and will be more than willing to give this 5 stars as long as the customer service is easy to deal with and corrects the problem. ... show more

My experience was crazy at first I could not find my package I searched all around my house it said delivered come to find out after checking my security cameras my neighbor put the package inside his garage. Seems how we started parking our car inside of our garage. They did not know we were home. I ended up getting my scooter and I absolutely love it. Me and my family ride all around on our scooters. We bought this as a Christmas gift and it has been great! Great battery life and no problems so far. Scooter does great in grass and dirt. Rides smooth! The scooter’s break lever did break when it fell but I reached out to the manufacturer and within a day I had a reply and they are sending another break lever! Fast and easy. No problems! I am a 290lbs. Man and this thing does every bit of 38mph. I don’t know about the 50mi. but I guess if someone lighter was riding it may reach that. I still get alright and get around. All around. Good purchase for the price. I’m loving it!
