They were very responsive throughout my whole process. Edit: After 100 miles, it took everything off road. Roots, rocks, bumps and sand. This blasted through everything. I’m 6’2 and a fat 235lbs. So here the numbers I put up: In eco mode (there’s a even slower walking mode) I got a range of 52 miles with 4% left In sport mode with 2wd I hit 40mph but only got 20 miles. 100% worth it.     • Really fun large scooter.
This review is for the IX8 model. I was hesitant at first to purchase this scooter as there were no reviews or videos online. The scooter is large and has a wide and long deck allowing a variety of standing options. You can disable the front motor to conserve battery life and extend mileage. I do find the scooter deck is fairly high allowing amazing ground clearance, but it took a couple rides to get used to. It has large 12” pneumatic tires which provide good grip on and off road. In turbo mode with both motors activated the scooter pulls hard upon acceleration and will go the advertised 38mph. It has frond and rear hydraulic disc brakes (I believe in the manufacturer description it says drum brakes, but they are in fact disc). Both front and rear suspension have good travel. They are not the adjustable dampening type. I found the front to be properly dampened as it absorbs even rough terrain really well. My only real complaint about this scooter is the tuning of the rear suspension. When you’re looking it over you see potential as the rear suspension has long aluminum swing arms and a center mounted spring. The suspension is so stiff in the rear it moves very little and doesn’t dampen very well. I am larger and in the neighborhood of the weight limit on the scooter, if you are a lighter person you may get no rear suspension dampening at all. With it’s larger tires, insane ground clearance, and powerful motors I would recommend this scooter. I’m impressed with the build quality and fit and finish as well. ... show more

Supuestamente en Amazon dice que recorre la batería más de 35 millas y hoy la maneje hasta mi trabajo que son 7 millas y solo me aguanto ida y regreso y en total fueron 14 millas y me marcó bateria baja! Como es que estafan así? Ademas es algo complejo configurarlo es dificil. Y los botones tienen que tener iluminación para ver en la noche Y los amortiguadores son de masido pero demasiado duros así que no es para todo terreno ! ... show more

This is for the Ix 7 Pro iscooter. I had the Apollo, 2x the price. That went 31 mph this thing can go 38mph at half the cost. You must use 2W drive mode for top speed but it bucks the moment you accelerate. Kinda dangerous. One wipeout and the Apollo stopped powering on so I got this and like it better. Weighs 63 lbs. has an app. Has several modes and speeds. Tires allow off roading on grass and dirt which is great! Beats Apollo. Good headlight. Weak tail light. Good brakes but Apollo had regenerative and were better. These are disc not drum brakes. Fun to ride. Use a helmet !! Assembly took 10 minutes only. It folds down also. ... show more

This thing unlocked is legit! Torquey Motors and High Speed, any faster and would become Sketchy in my book on any scooter. Suspension stiff and very stable at speed though. Did a Lot of research and this has the best Bang for the Buck by Far!
