The base seems very sturdy and the wheels are quite nice.It does everything I need it to do: swivel, heating, massage,provides support, reclines, and has a footrest. Did I mention that it was comfortable?Cause it is!!! Cushion is good, keeps its shape and supports. The chair is solidly built, and the quality of all its components is exceptional. I especially love the full padded lifting armrests. They're wide enough to hold my mouse when I want to recline. Overall a great office chair for the money! I am so happy I bought this chair. It's was delivered in 3 days. Fairly, light weight. Instructions were super easy to follow. Had all the parts, labeled and extras provided. It is so comfortable. The foot rest is a game changer. I love to be seated with my legs out in front. The extra wide seat, allows me to sit cross-legged as well. The heating feature is my favorite, it covers the full lower back. Massage is great, as there are so many options!!! I highly recommend this chair. Amazing quality! ... show more

This is a very comfortable chair. I felt like it looked a lot more comfortable than other massager office chairs so that's ultimately why I bought it. It was very easy to put together. Has great lumbar support, along with the reclining feature. The heat and massage features work well. There are different pulse settings and settings for massaging specific areas. Love that the arms are adjustable and are made sturdily. But I may just buy a separate cushion that can massage better. Bc it isn't like a rolling movement, just vibration. But really liked that it will massage both the leg and back muscles. And the heat feels nice. Definitely feels like money well spent ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This chair would be absolutely amazing if not for the left arm that constantly slides down. The chair is great quality material, and the massage/heating element is amazing. I just wish the left arm rest stayed up. I Haven’t even had it a whole month yet.

I love this chair so far. It's super comfortable and great for bigger people. I'm 200 and have plenty of room! The recline is adjustable to wherever you want. Foot stool is nice the heat is nice. This chair is surprisingly comfortable for the price! It is very sturdy and probably took less than 16 minutes to assemble by myself. The heat feature is great.

The chair is great and confortable. There was a shipping issue that was beyond the shippers control with Fedex. However with the great communication from the shipper the issue of the missing part due to the damaged outer box was resolved and they went even farther to ensure everything was correct.
