They work great - I haven't had any rain yet to test that part though. But they are a lovely addition to my garden area. I would love something a little brighter, but I have bigger lights that cover that. They work great as mood lighting in the sitting area in front of my greenhouse. I didn't get a good photo of them, but I used them to create floating candles for Halloween. There were one or two that didn't work consistently. Otherwise, they worked well, although they were never very bright.

Update: ....... I had bought 4 and they have endured. One died last night and was unceremoniously disposed of this morning. My origibal comments as follows from 8/1/22 1.) They float upside down. 2.) Require a lot of direct sunlight to last about 4 to 5 hours. 3.) Solar panels need cleaning every few months. ...car polish works best. 4.) 1 of 4 had a bum on-off switch. 5.) It rolled off the table and bottom popped loose. Pried open and sprayed WD40 onto the inside button switch. It works much better. Brighter too. 6.) "Shine on..." as the song goes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The video speaks for itself. Forgot to mention in it that I tossed out the 6th one when it stopped working weeks ago. And I've tried multiple windows w/ these guys. This window is south-facing, which receives the most direct sunlight throughout the day. Really wish these worked — the 6 that I paid for, not just 2! PS: See pic - after I stopped recording, the 1 in the middle of the 3 broken ones stopped flickering completely. I was actually surprised it was lighting up at all during recording. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought a candle holder in Mexico eons ago that is beautiful yet impractical. I have tried regular and citronella candles and they work great 1-2 times and then melt in the sun. These solar lights are perfect! All of them work and flicker beautifully. I have not yet left them in the rain as I turn them off ( button on bottom) and store it in a cabinet during the week. Highly recommend- especially in a grouping ... show more
