I had received this chair, but it wouldn't go together. Working with support, they were great. They return to the chair and got me a new one and made sure it worked. So in the end, it was a great chair, barring those couple of weeks to get it resolved.

Comfort went down hill quickly. Ordered a cushion for the seat within about 3 months. 18 months later ready for a new one.

It had a good price and I am quite happy with it. I sometimes need to spend a few hours sitting on it in my home office. The back mesh tore a week after I started use it, but in a way that didn't affect the use. Still annoying. Except for that, it's a good chair for the price range.

Bought this product in 2020, really easy to assemble and it was a good chair but after two years one of the wheels broke. I asked for a replacement from the seller and this was the reply. “After contacting the factory, we do not have the inventory of relevant accessories. You can have a look at other products in our store. I wish you a happy life” so enjoy this chair while it lasts! ... show more

    • Looks great. Hurts to sit in.
Putting it together was fine, lots of pieces and parts for only two major ergonomic functions. The seat is terrible. Bottoms out and not comfortable. I end up sitting on the frame all the time. Shifting doesn't help as the thin foam in the seat just isn't supportive after a few minutes. Also with how complicated it was to put together and all the pieces, it reclines and it goes up and down. That's it. And the arms don't even provide support while you're reclining so you just end up being in this awkward position, and did I mention the seat is thin foam? It's just kinda terrible and I spent too much to get anything different. My old chair is so worn out but after years it's still more comfortable to sit in than this brand new thing. ... show more

Super easy to assemble and comfy but seems like my chair may have been put together before. The seat was covered in dog hair my hardware packaging was cut open on 2 spots luckily it came with spare screws

    • Good chair for the money
The chair was easy and straight forward to put together, took no time at all to assemble. Chair is really comfortable and I love that you can recline, mesh is breathable and keeps you cool for those sweaty gaming sessions. There are a lot of adjustment points to really suit this chair to your personal comfort. But, while you can adjust the height of the back of the chair, I really cranked down on the knob that holds the back in place until I couldn't turn it anymore and it slowly slides back down over the span of a few days and then needs to be repositioned. I'm a bigger guy (weight wise) and though you can adjust the armrests in or out, even with having them all the way out, they still pinch in on my thighs, but this is just something I'm used to with all of my past desk chairs. Would have given it 5 stars, if it wasn't for the back needing to be repositioned every 3-4 days. ... show more
