We already have one of their other chair and I needed a new chair for my home office. This chair is working out perfectly. The seat has plenty of support and doesn't bottom out. It is Sturdy, Comfortable, and looks Really Nice, it's a great value for what it offers. The finish quality and the materials are very good. As good as any of the chairs I've seen at other stores. The mesh back is more than comfortable and the chair is solid and stable, no wobble or creaking. Lastly the wheels roll around very smoothly on my chair pad while my old chair would not. We already have one of their other chairs (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CP7FTD5G) and liked it, so decided to get this particular one since it looked better & had a $20 discount attached. The great stuff: - As you can see from the pictures, the parts are well packaged (as was the box packing), so no damages noted. The instructions are also very clear (IMHO, much easier to follow than typical IKEA instructions). - The finish quality and the materials are very good. As good as any of the chairs I've seen at Office Depot or IKEA. I've included pictures of the assembled base & top separately, so the sturdiness is visible. - Thigh support is quite good for me (I'm 6' 1"). And the tilt mechanism is spring-loaded, so it doesn't just plop all the way back when I lean. It's so good that I've chosen not to keep it locked and able to sit upright when typing etc. and still lean back as much as needed when just reading. Or rock to my hearts content. IMHO, after a couple of days of usage, this is it's best feature. - The seat, armrests, headrest and the side bolsters are all PU leather. The main back area is breathable mesh, which is a good thing for me as I tend to sweat in fully covered chairs. The side bolsters/padding also give good support - definitely a plus. The decent stuff: - The lumbar support is also spring-loaded, so it's softer than their other chair. I like the flex, but it's not as stiff as I would prefer. Plus it's not height adjustable, unlike their other chair. I would've liked to push it down about an inch for better support (I have a slipped disc) - Armrest are nice & sturdy, but are set just a little higher than expected. When the seat is raised to a comfortable position, the armrests are over an inch higher than I'd like to reach my keyboard drawer. Folks using a keyboard on the tabletop should be ok however. - Headrest is better in this chair, but just barely so. As can be seen in the last pic, the top of adjustable headrest just about comes up to the middle of my head at full extension, Fortunately it's not curved away (like their other chair), so it gives me enough support. Anyone taller will find it's not as comfortable. Overall, it's a very good chair and at $109+taxes (with discount), it's a great value for what it offers. ... show more

The chair shipped quickly and it came with easy instructions. It took me less than 1 hour to put it together and the hardware was very easy to identify. Really comfortable and wide, so it's accommodating to larger people. The back support is the highlight of this chair because it gives the perfect amount of resistance on my lower back.

Each piece came well packed and everything in perfect order, I was guided by the video that is in of the chair。 I got this office chair to replace a cheap office chair I had before. My old chair didn't have adjustable arms and my hips would hurt by the end of the day. This new chair is great! I purchased a cheaper chair and it sucked. This chair is very easy to assemble. I had to re-tighten the screws attaching the back rest to the actual chair but it is very comfortable. Good for thicker people too! Not overly huge chair, good size for a desk. So far, this chair seems to be significantly more comfortable than the last, the bottom cushion is also nearly an inch thicker. !! ... show more

This is a good looking chair! The arm rests flip up so it can be stored under the desk—this saves a lot of space in a small, flex-use room. The recline feature works well. The chair fits like a larger chair, but the slim design makes it work in our space. Was also easy to put together!
