Arrived in 2 days. Took about 30 minutes to assemble - very simple. It will cut assembly in half if you use a drill with a 6mm (or maybe 5.5mm) hex bit. Seat/back cushions and arm rest cushions are comfortable to sit in with pretty good lumbar support. I'll probably end up getting rubber casters because the chair sits on laminate flooring. Frankly, the chair should come with rubber casters instead of the hard plastic casters or at least an option to upgrade. I'll basically be wasting the original 5 plastic casters. Just a heads up: I had a specific width I needed, as my desk opening is small at 19.25" wide. I thought it would be safe using the 18.7" width measurement on the photos but it is off by about an inch. My measuring tape measures 19.75" from side to side on the cushion part. If you look at the second photo, the lines for the 18.7" measurement fall short and don't go to the outside of the cushion. The bottom of the arm rests, which sit back from the front of the chair by 7", each protrude 1" from the seat cushion. Even though my desk opening is 0.5" smaller than the seat cushion, I am still able to squeeze the chair into the desk opening 7" until it hits the bottom of the arm rests. It isn't perfect, and I'd like to take advantage of the fact that the arm rests flip up and seat the chair further under the desk when not in use, but it is a huge improvement over my old chair so I'll take it. I was Christmas shopping for my husband who needs a new office chair when I found this chair. The $30 off coupon definitely caught my attention. When I ordered the chair, I didn’t even realize it was leather and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. It is very comfortable and was very easy to assemble. The lumbar support and the big headrest were definitely selling points for this chair for me because my husband has back issues due to installing auto glass for half of his life. I bought this chair a couple of weeks ago and so far I really like it. I purchased this to use in my home office, but I'm seriously considering buying another one for my office. I'm 6ft 275lbs and so far no weird noises and it's not leaning to one side. The arms lift up so I can push the chair under the desk. I'm able to sit in the chair for hours without it hurting my back. It has leather and net combination for best comfort and the head rest cover the entire chair back which i think is genius well done.
