This is the second chair I've purchased from this company, for good reasons. Not only are their products an excellent value for the money, they'd be excellent even if they cost a good bit more. Additionally, this company's customer service is astoundingly good. I had a very, very minor problem with the first chair I bought -- a problem resulting from shipping, not the fault of the company -- a representative returned my message the following day, and the replacement part arrived a few days later. In short: everything about this chair works as it should, the seat and back are very comfortable, and it's clearly solidly constructed. There's probably not much else you could ask for from a work chair other than that it be pleasing to the eye, which--my pictures will show you--this one is. Its design is clean and uncluttered design, without its looking at all industrial or merely utilitarian. I'm a guitarist, and find the flip-up arms particularly useful. We were looking for another chair for an office with a white desk and a glass top, and this was perfect. Have purchased from this company before - a couple of years ago, and those chairs are perfect - no issues at all, and they get daily use as we work remotely. This chair matches the desk perfectly. It's very solid, and it's adjustable: the seat, the foot rest, and the lumbar support. Assembly was simple - takes about 20 minutes if you are not rushing. Leave the plastic piece in the center of the footrest in place. I wasn't sure if it was packing material, and the instructions didn't say. You should be very happy with this chair! ... show more

If you are thinking of getting this chair, do not hesitate to order it. The chair is very easy to assemble and very sturdy. I weigh 275 and it holds my weight with ease. The arm rests are moveable, you can have the up out of the way or down to rest your arms on. This makes it take up less room when you slide it under your desk with arms up it will go under the desk all the way to the back. It also has an adjustable head rest and adjustable lumbar support! Very comfy chair with easy directions. My only complaint is that there were no holes in the chair to screw the screws in to attach the headrest.
