The instructions aren't great, and i'm not all that skilled with tools and setting up furniture. Without me hurrying - setting up this chair took me about 45 minutes. If i'd hurried, i think i could have set it up in 30 - 35 minutes. Good quality materials, the included allen wrench works great, and everything snaps together as advertised. Note: when installing the five little caster wheels at the base - it takes so much brute force, i started thinking they'd included the wrong size. But no. Just required a lot more 'push' than i'd expected. Upon completion, the chair was ops-checked by my blushing bride, and she loved it too. She declined my gentlemanly offer to trade chairs with her, but said next time she needs one, she'll probably get this 'BestOffice' Ergonomic Office Chair. Just one problem: Sometimes the chair leans back. But sometimes it doesn't. No way to control this, and from reading other reviews, i'm not the only customer to report this inconsistency. But it's not a dealbreaker; just something of which to be aware. In summary: overall excellent product, easy setup, good quality materials, and affordably priced. Get this item! I have no complaints with its price but for other potential buyers: It’s not for people with some junk in the trunk or wide hips. Make sure to check measurements. Some of the screw holes did not align with anything. Assembly was easily done solo and straight forward outside of the missing screw holes/alignment. It’s surprisingly comfortable as well. Tilt is minor but honestly I’m a little too afraid to tilt back too far. Looks like a normal office chair, color matches the images. Back is sturdy and supported. Only major complaint is that it’s a little wiggly/wobbly. But it was a $24 chair and I wasn’t expecting perfection. ... show more

If you are looking for a smaller inexpensive computer desk chair this might work for you. I had been using my husband's big, old leather Serta chair that he no longer used and my back started hurting. I was looking for something more my size 5'3, 130lbs and inexpensive. This chair fit the requirements. I put it together in about 40 minutes without help (77yo female) and so far, it has been just what I was looking for. I can adjust for my leg height and back rest. Hopefully no more hurting back. I can't address the longevity since I just got it, but here's hoping it'll last for a while. BTW I bought the red - like it! ... show more

For starters, this chair was fairly easy to assemble. Some screws did not align with the holes & had to be forced but we did get them in. Only took around 45 mins to assemble. The seat is a bit short. I'm 5'6" and it's a bit short for me. No way it would work for my 6' tall son, would not be comfortable at all. Plus the padding is minimal, as lots of folks have said. Honestly, this chair feels pretty flimsy & lightweight. Really not sure how long it will last. I only use my office for an hour or so a day so it might do okay for me but I can't imagine sitting in it for 8-9 hours a day. It doesn't seem like it would last. Also, the recline function is very minimal. The back doesn't go back much at all. Better than nothing but not great. Overall, I got it for $38 so I really didn't expect much more and it will do until I have the funds to get a better chair ... show more
