  • READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY...HERE'S THE WHOLE SCOOP!!!
Before I dive into the scooter. Let's first start with the customer service. I had a few questions about the scooter and they replied back to me within 48hrs. This is so amazing and quick given a company of this nature! Now....the moment you've been waiting for...What's the SCOOP on this SCOOTER? **I'm 6ft 4in and weigh 228lbs. So use this as a physical reference** Starting with the unboxing. The scooter was packaged so well. They make sure to have more than enough protection for your scooters journey to your home. I was honestly in disbelief how well the scooter was packaged 10/10! Now the scooter setup. OMG!!! The setup is literally like a plug in play style! You take the scooter out and put the main handle bar in and press the clamp to lock it. The seat bottom comes preset. You'll see 4 more screws in a bag. That's to replace the screws that come out if you decide to remove the seat. The setup for will take you literally no more than 5 minutes! Now onto how it rides! This scooter rides like a Rolls Royce! The shock absorbs are completely out of this world! It makes the ride feel so smooth and delightful. I stared off when standing on the scooter for a few miles. I then switched to the seat, and OMG I love using the seat! I didn't think I'd like using the seat but the seat makes the ride feel that more enjoyable. For those who like motorcycles, this will give you that feel. For those who like bicycling, this will feel like that as well. I do feel like you have even more control with seating given you're not as high with standing. This scooter can handle some horrendous hills like it's on a straight road. I road up some hills and to my surprise it felt like nothing was lacking with the power or speed. Now what about the speed?....it's Fast if you want it to be fast. It has an eco button which you can drive on. To those who say this may be to fast. Please know, you have total control of the speed. If you want to go 10mphs or 50mphs you have total control! I love this about that. So the fact that it can go up to 50mphs is amazing, if you want it to go that fast. But again, you have total control of the speed! I've driven this during the day and night. You have total control of the lights. They don't automatically stay on, which I love. It has turn signals for cars behind you to know which way you're turning. Driving at night is amazing! The whole scooter has lights that make you VERY visible. No one can say they didn't see you. The head lights are beyond bright! Driving in back roads where no street lights are isn't a problem. I will suggest buying a helmet (I bought a motorcycle helmet). I also, bought motorcycle gloves, a scooter lock, and 2 rear view scooter mirrors to make it easier to see behind me (when riding on the street). Time for setup: 10/10 Ease of use: 10/10 Packaging: 10/10 Travel: 10/10 Riding enjoyment: 10/10 Stability: 10/10 Control: 10/10 Traction: 10/10 Speed: 10/10 Durability: 10/10 Distance: 10/10 Power: 10/10 Battery: 10/10 Folding: 10/10 Overall, this Scooter get an 11/10 P.S - I was about to buy the Segway SuperScooter GT2. I'm so glad I didn't buy the Segway, and decided on this scooter. This Scooter is way better! ... show more

  • Best scooter bang for your scooter buck.
OMG! Where do I begin? I'm a 45 year old female with some slight health issues that makes me weak at times. We were looking for an electronic scooter to take with us in our RV to use for getting around RV parks and close by stores while we travel, as well as use on family bike rides when home. I wanted to have a removable seat that I could easily add when not feeling up to standing and it had to carry at least 350 lbs, so everyone in my family could use it without issue. I did a LOT of research before deciding on this scooter. At first my budget was $600, but when I saw that would get me on average a 600W motor that would carry 250 lbs. That meant a max speed of 15 mph if you're not heavy, for about a 30 mile distance. So I moved my budge to $800 that would get me about 1000W motor and carry about the same weight. That means a max speed of 25 mph if not heavy for about a 40 mile distance. Then I found this scooter. For an extra $200 ($1000), you get dual 2800W motors for a total of 5600W! Having dual motors means you can control the wear and tear on the motors and it can boost it's power when needed (go from single to dual using the button). It can carry 800 lbs! It says it can go 45 mph and for a distance of 55 miles! I've had the scooter for a couple weeks now and I have no doubt to its claims. I've only gone 18 miles on it so far and it's gone down just 1 bar of power. Also, I've only gotten it into 2nd out of 3 gears, which is up to 30 miles an hour and that is SCREAMING down the road. And my husband who's a big man can easily ride on it (he can't use the seat though) and has gotten it up to 30 mph as well without any issue. I can tell it hasn't even begun to break a sweat yet. This is by far the best choice I could've made and I'm so glad I spent the extra money. A couple things to note: YOU DEFINATELY NEED TO PRACTICE FIRST - You can't just go 5 miles an hour. You go from 0-8 mph with no real in-between, unless you give yourself small "pushes" of the trigger button that gives you a jolt of speed to coast on. The faster you go the more stable you'll be. You need to lean slightly forward when pulling on the gas trigger, because that jolt of speed no matter how slowly you pull back on the trigger, will pull your whole body back. The first time I pulled the gas trigger, I popped a wheelie on accident, something my husband regrets not getting on camera to this day. WHEELS - Thank goodness for the "off road" non-puncture wheels. I didn't realize the sidewalks and roads around my neighborhood were as bad as they are and I'm glad I didn't go for the "commuter" big wheels made for paved roads, as I don't think they would survive. Also, the suspension makes the ride so much smoother than I anticipated it to be. Every time I think there's a big bump in the road and brace for impact, I barely feel it. That being said, be careful of taking dips and juts in the road, it's not hard to lose control of this beast. NOT WATERPROOF - You can't take this out when it's wet outside. I didn't think of it when I bought it, but of course it can't get wet because it's electric. It has a great plug for the power charger that should keep it fairly dry, but there's no way I would risk taking it through a mud puddle. It's been raining, which is why I haven't taken it out more and is something to consider when deciding what your buying it for. ACCESORIES - I got a basket for it that has a quick release, so I can take it into the store with me. This has been fantastic as it insures I don't buy more than I can carry. I highly recommend getting one. It carries up to 70 lbs and it also has a drink holder. It's here in Amazon world. This scooter comes with a storage case big enough to keep your charger, tool set, manual, and maybe even phone or wallet which is great in itself. However, with the basket you run out of places to put it without the seat on. I haven't found a phone holder small enough to fit the handle bars yet. There's just too many gadgets on the handle bars that are too important to risk not to getting to quickly. So plan on what you'll do with your phone accordingly. WEIGHT - This scooter is HEAVY. I would guess at least 80 lbs which doesn't sound like a lot, but when you include it's size, it's not something you can easily maneuver. It's definitely not something you'll be slinging over you back and carrying around, like other models. I had to carry it one step up out of my living room and one step down out of the house, after we put it together and it was a workout for me. Plan accordingly where your going to put it together and store it. STORAGE - I wanted something to store it in when it's in our RV basement, so I ended up getting an outdoor lawn chair storage bag that seems to be working so far. You may want to looks for something else though as I'm not sure how well it will last. My estimated measurements of it folded down with the seat and basket attached is 54" x 24" x 12" It's not exact and in fact should leave room to spare. It's not easy to fold and unfold for me. My husband has no problem with it, but I admit I struggle with pulling the pin and folding it down or pulling it back up and clicking it into place. So depending on your capabilities, plan accordingly how you'll be storing it as well. THE ECO TURBO BUTTON - When ON, it stops you from going more than 15 mph. If you can't figure out why you're not going faster, make sure that button is OFF (fully extended). LIGHTING - This does have turn signals, so don't worry about getting a helmet with that feature. It's headlights are insanely bright and the under board lights flicker from one color to another making you impossible not to see. The only thing that sucks is either you are a disco machine in the night or completely dark; there is no in-between. It would be nice to use just the headlights, or just the board lights. SAFTEY GEAR - Speaking of helmets, I highly recommend a real helmet and not one that just "meets" DOT requirements. You want there to be something left to identify you by, because I doubt there's any way to survive a wreck on this thing. This is faster than a golf cart with less protection around you. I do not recommend for kids or anyone that isn't also comfortable with motorcycle-like vehicles. I also recommend glasses of some kind. This does go fast enough that dust in the air will irritate your eyes, making it hard to see. Another option is gloves (heated if you got them). I have found my heated fingerless gloves to be an especially important piece of equipment to keep my fingers warm and able to react quickly while riding in the cold. If you don't mind any of the details above, I highly recommend getting this. I have no regrets and in fact this is my 2nd favorite purchase of my life (the 1st being my RV). It is beyond fun and I haven't seen anything close to this kind of power for this amount of money ($1000 with shipping). If you can afford it, don't hesitate. Do it.... It's a whole week's wait for delivery, which I promise you, will feel like eternity. Might as well get that clock started now. ;-) ... show more

  • Lots of issues
I’ve had multiple electrical issues. I was in contact with the seller and they sent me a new battery and ignition key, which seemed to fix the problem. Then a month later it happened again so back to square one. When I talk to the seller about the electrical issues, they claim that they were going to send me $100 for my troubles and I never saw it, I’m pretty sure this was just a way for them to keep me from reporting it to Amazon. Just the other day I was riding and the front brakes went out, causing me to wreck. The scooter is definitely poorly built and with the price on it, you can definitely find a better quality one. It also says that it will do 55 mph but with flat ground and a very long stretch of slightly downhill road, I couldn’t get it over 40 mph. The battery life is fine as long as you have it in Eco mode and don’t want to go over 13 mph. But once you put it in dual mode or in third gear, your battery depletes extremely fast. So don’t plan on using it for longer distances ... show more

  • Amazing Ride
I recently upgraded my old scooter which was a very cheap and inexpensive headache. The folding mechanism broke and then the rear wheel came flying off after hitting a bump. This new scooter I have is very nice!, rides well and is bullet proof!, it's a little on the heavy side but that is expected because of quality. I love the speed but please BE CAREFUL!. it has a first , second and third gear button. I keep it in second gear which is pretty fast. The scooter also has 3rd gear but the kicker is when you hit the RED BUTTON, PLEASE DON'T PUSH THE RED BUTTON IF YOU ARE NOT READY! LOL, that's when the dual motors kick in and it fly's like hell. Scooter is built really nice and has everything you need, turn signals, horn sounds like a police car, dual brakes etc. I highly recommend this scooter ... show more
