It has been so long since I have used a sharp knife I forgot what it was like! The smallest knife even cut through frozen fajita meat like butter. The pastel set is gorgeous and well crafted. I loved these knives — I mean, I love them. They come in such cute colors, the grip isn’t uncomfortable, and they cut decently well. My problem is, two of the three knives I’ve used so far now have chipped coatings. I only used one of the knives to open a thin plastic bag and a large piece of the coating flaked off (I found it unsuitable to continue using so I did toss it) while the other had a tiny flake break off after slicing into roasted turkey. They’re really very pretty, and the blades are really sharp, but the coating isn’t as durable as I’d like. Overall, can I really complain with the price I paid? I would recommend for people cutting very soft things very carefully. 😅 ... show more
