I bought this chair for my daughters bedroom based on the picture. The light blue color selection is actually a pale mint green which is shown. So light blue is not a true color description. Perfect size for my slender, petite 5 foot tall daughter, I wouldn’t buy it for a taller or huskier person. The velvet is soft but the padded back & arms is light with a thicker pad on the seat. Definitely wouldn’t call it overstuffed, there are some hard edges & an indention at the top of the chair from shipping, I suppose. Love the look of the chair and the soft purple fabric. It’s a smaller type office chair, I’m a bigger girl and it definitely hugs my body, but it will hold up to 250 lbs when being gentle. It’s very light and easy to move. Wheels work great and not hard to assemble. I would recommend this for a child/teens chair or something you sit in short term… this is not a hour’s long meeting chair. It’s just not plush on the bottom or sided with support for longer sitting. This chair is very cute the yellow color is so pretty, the only downside it’s that it is a bit on the smaller side. A bit tight for someone over 5’2 150 lbs I would say other than that it’s pretty sturdy and cute chair.

This chair is adorable and looks like the photos, but it FEELS very small whilst sitting in it? The pillow is just a tad understuffed, and the maximum height is still fairly low to the ground. We need to replace our desk chair so I took a chance on this one, thinking that it looks fairly trendy. It does look trendy but it is not big enough for an adult desk chair. I ordered this desk chair for my husband's home office. PROS: I love the fabric, a forest green velvety. The assembly was very easy and took under 15 minutes to put together. It even came with a small accent lumbar pillow. The chair is sturdy and the wheels work well on and off the carpet. You can adjust the height and chair swivels. Cons: This is a petit chair, not that big, it works for us because my husband is not a big guy. also the padding inside the chair sides is thin and when you pinch it you can feel the metal frame. I purchased this for me to use at my craft table, since our big comfy office chair sits at the computer. It will work fine, but it definitely is smaller than I thought it was. The assembly was easy and it is relatively comfortable - a child would be more comfortable in it because of where it hits midback on me as an adult. The color is great (yellow and gray) and it is very soft. The back isn't as cushioned as the picture leads to believe, but the pillow insert can help. However if I used the pillow the seat seems a bit small for me. But this would be an excellent and upscale chair for a kid to use at a desk in their room. ... show more
