I was unable to assemble the arms to the chair, did not have enough hands to hold it while trying to attach. I hired a handyman to assemble the chair and he had it assembled in very quick time. It was worth the fee to have it assembled and I am pleased with the chair.

ordered this chair and just 3 days later, it came. the instructions to assemble it were very clear. it came packaged very protected, and there were no dents, tears, or scratches. & the chair itself is very comfortable, it helps me with my low back pain while sitting for hours during zoom classes. I like the swivel feature, and how you can adjust the height of the chair as well. easy to roll around, too. you are also able to lean back, there is a little recline which is a nice added touch! great chair! don't let the price fool you, very durable and made of good quality fabric, metal, and plastic. great buy! ... show more

I finally decided to get chairs for my makeshift home office and my granddaughter's "classroom", but didn't want to spend too much money on them. These chairs fit the bill. They are functional, offering some lower back support, which is a must for me. They roll smoothly, and my granddaughter also tells me they spin nicely. The only downside I've found is the seat cushion is on the thinner side and not the most comfortable. I was able to fix that though with a cheap pillow. The chair was alright to assemble and it has a curved shape to rest your back. But, that curved shape also takes up some space. So you do not get to sit on the full seat when sitting straight. If the seat was longer, my legs would feel more comfortable. Also, I find the curved shape is too curved. You can rest your back on the curve only if you lean back at the chair. But, most of the time I sit straight and do my work on computer. So, I do not get to take any comfort. The foam of the seat gets thinner within a few months. Overall, I am finding it less comfortable than I expected. I hope the manufacturers take into account these issues and improve the product. ... show more

I bought this chair because I still work from home a couple of days a week and the dining room chairs were getting really uncomfortable. I love it. The chair is comfortable, sturdy and easy to put together. The instructions were horrible but I still put it together in 30 minutes. It was simple enough to assemble and I was nervous to sit in it at first (even though I only weigh about 130 pounds hahahaha), but it is great. Goes back and raises/lowers easily.
