The sauté pan is coated with our most advanced grade of Thermolon. This ceramic non-stick coating is enhanced with diamonds and allows for extreme non-stick performance, quick heating and extra durability. The coating won’t blister, peel or release any harmful fumes, even if you accidently overheat your pan.
