Product shipped loose in a box that got crushed, which transfered to the product warping it, destroying the handles, and ruining the finish porcelain. Sad to see a nice product wasted by the shipping department.

This pan is awesome! And I purchased the last one 1 week before Thanksgiving and received it in 3 days before Thanksgiving great service!! The pan roast a 24lb turkey to perfection and is super easy to clean so glad I bought it worth the money!!!

Let's start by saying I wasn't expecting a professional chef quality in this item to start with but at the price it was, I wasn't expecting straight up disposable junk quality either. That said, here are my gripes: 1- The item doesn't even meet the low expectations I started with in terms of material weight and sturdiness. Considering it arrived with tiny bubbles in the finish, I can pretty much guarantee that the finish on this thing isn't going to last more than a few uses before it starts flaking and peeling off. 2- The thickness of the metal used is dismal at best. This thing feels like a tin can in your hands and without question will dent in just the normal process of use and cleaning, heaven forbid it ever gets banged around a little in the sink! 3- The top is literally just a small bottom that fits into the top in a very loose and sloppy fashion. I'm aware that it was described up front as able to use separately for a second roasting pan, but i did expect that it would fit properly as top first and foremost. 4- Both the top and bottom are warped in a manner that allows you to spin them like a plastic top on a flat surface, kind of like that one plate in grandma's antique dishes that people used to giggle over when they got it put in front of them for dinner on thanksgiving 5- The handles that are spot-welded on are not even from one side to the other. Overall, the price for the quality was grossly mismatched. I personally would have returned it if I hadn't been forced to use it immediately for a planned event.
