  • Its nice but something might be wrong with it
Style: Chipster Range
Very nice looks great ive had for about 2 months and its been through about a dozen heavy storms and the dumb little flimsy steak it comes with is actually holding so i was very surprised about that figured id go get it from the neighbors house but its holding great no rips or tears does what its suppose to do..... Cons.... ive hit about a thousand balls to this chipper net and i think they put like a invisible wall on the outside of it or something because i could count on my two hands how many times ive made it in these nets its rigged against you!!! (im jk i suck but these are really nice if u need help on your chipping like i do these i fell will help.... once u figure out how to chip..... ... show more

  • Put ball in net. Repeat.
Style: Chipster Range
I've been wanting something like this for so long and finally pulled the trigger. I coach kids golf and thought this would be an easy, approachable way to introduce the sleepy chipping aspect of the game to the kids. The other coaches and I set these up on the range (for the kids of course), and proceeded to perform a thorough quality inspection of the items. We didn't pick our heads up or stop hitting balls for like 15 minutes first time around! SUPER ADDICTIVE!!!! Ended up getting this for my backyard and now I never leave. From an instructional aspect, we set these up on the practice green at various distances as well, and it was really self explanatory. The kids needed no instruction, couldn't wait to start hitting and is really a highlight of practice now. Very versatile training aid and hard to quit!! Also fun for the beach. :) ... show more

  • Great practice nets thought they will not fold up small enough to go in your golf bag
Style: Chipster Range
Before I begin, as other reviewers have noted these will never fold up to go into your golf bag like the pictures show (which was a little disappointing). That being said, I really enjoy using these nets to chip and they have increased my comfort level with chipping. I practice with real balls, the nets are very sturdy and hold up well to the practice sessions. Practicing inside the house I use a small weight to hold down the back of the net and they do not move. I also use the weight when practicing outside and sometime use the provided anchor. Overall I really like this item and would recommend without reservation. ... show more

  • Works for Nerf Blasters!
Style: Chipster
I bought this Chipster by GoSports fully intending to use it for Nerf Blaster play, test and practice indoors. I've only had it one day so I can't rate durability yet but I see no reason these Rival Rounds should be any harder on the Chipster than a golf ball. It works excellent! It stops the rounds from flying all over the place. Even if you hit the side support it absorbs enough energy to keep the Rival Round from going much further than 5 feet most of the time. If you have a flywheel Blaster that is full auto fire and fill the top pocket with 30+ rounds and then someone shoots the middle pocket, it can cause the rounds to fly out of the top pocket. Kind of makes for another target, lol. What is nice is you can simply empty the pocket back into the Nerf Blaster hopper or Rival Round container. Another nice feature is the net covering the entire back in case you miss the pockets. The targets made for Nerf blasters does not have this. At least not that I have seen. Maybe GoSports should look into marketing an official target for Nerf and other brands of darts and rounds. ... show more

  • Best Chipping Net Of Many I’ve Owned
Style: Chipster
I’ve had several chipping nets and, for various reasons, just didn’t rate a 5. This one is a 5! It’s easy to assemble and quick to take down and store. I expect that to be more durable over more years. Very happy with the product.

  • Chipping Net Easy to Use
Style: Chipster
I bought this for my 21 year old son who chips daily in back yard. Took 30 seconds to set up. Directions were easy but you don't even need. Its easy to store away. Come with bag (zipper). We started having a chipping contest. A bargain for only $24.99. Highly rec!

  • Work OK, a little small
Style: Chipster Range
These targets are ok. CAUTION : when they say be careful when removing the bands, BE CAREFUL! I suggest you take them outside make sure you have a grip on the target, carefully take the band off. Hold the target where the band is attached and have someone else take the band off. Then throw it out in the yard!. It is under a great deal of tension. The target are easy to setup. If the face into the wind it helps. Taking them apart and storing is also easy. The smallest target is pretty small. I don't really care because it is just a target for practicing around the yard. I have a bigger one that I have for a while. It is easier to actually hit. I also have one that folds like a chair. That one is much easier to setup and take down. I like them they will be handy in the yard. ... show more

  • Inexpensive Short Game Practice Tool
Style: Chipster Range
Love these things, great value. I gave one to each of my sons, after hearing they practice chipping into a solo cup with their roommates using soft balls in their apartments. Inexpensive enough for me to buy the full set again for myself so I can set up in various places in my backyard with the reward being the ball caught in the target when a good chip is made. As it is, I'm using the one I kept in my garage with my hitting mat and soft balls; I'd do like the boys in the house if not for the dogs that view every ball seen as a game for them. With the correct soft ball, you can get a good feel and develop or keep the "good hands" needed to score from just off the green. Oh, did I mention a pretty useful carry case? When I get the new set, I'll probably throw a couple in the case and keep in my truck to use when I go to my course's practice facility. Yep, I like these things and recommend them to any golfer trying to improve their short game. ... show more
