I purchased this on a whim during Prime sales days. I have another book light, but noticed my partner was reading in dim light and thought we could use another. This is by far the best book light I have ever had. It is compact and super light weight, so you don't have to balance it with the book and don't have to worry about damaging pages. Charges by USB so no batteries required (this is what helps to make it so light weight). Multiple adjustments of light and tone make it easy on the eyes, and very effective to use as a light in tight spaces. I used it to illuminate the cupboard under the sink while replacing the faucet. I use this to read in bed after my boyfriend goes to sleep. It is fantastic. The different light settings allow you to choose which setting is best for you. I can't believe this book light doesn't disturb others because of how bright it is; but it doesn't. I wish I had had this product years ago! I am a big fan of clean design and this reading light has that in spades. The overall design is nicely compact, so it can easily fit in your pocket or bag. The 3 buttons are distinct and easy to find, especially since they are in a slight recess and the power button is the largest. It's possible to use this by memory and touch. I'm overjoyed at the quality of the light, which this product makes better by providing reasonable brightness levels for most conditions and the ability to change color temp. This is fantastic for the late-night reader in bed due to the yellow light. However, adjusting to the white or daylight temps can make this an equally useful flashlight or kickstand light in a pinch. Perhaps the weakest link in the product is the clip, which is half metal and half plastic. I'm not sure why they didn't just make the whole part of metal, but it probably came down to manufacturing costs. Nevertheless, this is an incredible light for a reasonable price. ... show more

Love how easy this is to use. Excellent little light. Three options for color temp make this useful no matter the setting. Easy to charge and long lasting. As an avid reader I have had many portable lights and this is by far the best quality considering the price point. Would give five stars if not so easy to turn on. Small form factor, lightweight with variable light output settings. The built-in rechargeable battery (USB-A) means that it's not weighted down with removable AAA or AA batteries making it much more suitable for paperback books. It also has three color temperature settings, but, frankly. I only use one. The lamp head also pivots and rotates. Bought one to try it out and then bought another for my spouse. This is a great little rechargeable light with lots of options. I love the green color, the compact size, and the features. It has a sturdy two piece clip that allows it to be used clipped to a book or standing which I enjoy because this is going camping with me, and I like things that are multi-purpose. There are three buttons on the back. They control on/off, dimming, and light color. Amber, warm white, and cool white are created with three white leds and two amber. There are four light intensity settings. My pictures show the brightest and dimmest settings for each color on a roughly 8 1/2x10 book. I see myself using the medium to low amber settings 99% of the time, but it is nice to have a brighter option. The light on top is able to tilt forward. While in the upright or tilted position, it can be rotated up to 90 degrees to each side which may mean that you do not have to move the clip depending on the size of the book and the brightness of the light. I have purchased 3 of these now. They are super convenient to use while reading in bed or on an airplane, train, etc. I love the different colors of light (white, warm) and the levels of brightness. Easy to recharge, and the charge lasts a good while. Cute colors, strong clip, get one!
