These are decent for the money, for sure. Programming them was a little more rough-and-tumble than on similar brand-name combo luggage locks I own, but ultimately worked fine. I use them to keep kids out of cases; they (obviously) wouldn't deter a thief who was willing to simply pop off the lock.

About 4 months ago I was at Wal-mart and bought 2 locks just like these for about 15.00 bucks. Since then I needed 4 more, and found these to be of equal size, durability, and easy to set.
