    • Battery does not hold a charge
Battery will not hold a charge longer than a few days. For the amount of money this cost it should last a little longer. The fingerprint reader is sometimes difficult to get to work.

I did the setup per the instructions.. and they never unlocked again. ever. I had ordered two and thought.. maybe one was defective.. they both did the same exact thing. Returned for refund.

Received this product as a gift. It offers next to no security and can be opened by tapping it firmly with a mallet. Programming beyond the first time yields no changes.
