The instructions explain that every single time you turn on the lock you have to sync it for actual time to unlock it from phone but it is really user friendly. I read the reviews and, even with some of the negative ones, figured it was worth a try as a gym locker lock. It isn't. First, setting the admin thumbprint. Followed the directions, once I had the admin set, I can rarely use that finger to unlock or put the lock in admin mode. Second, I did the get the lock to register a second fingerprint and thought I would at least use that. Confirmed that that fingerprint consistently unlocked the lock. Third, went to gym to use lock. Locked everything up, worked out, came back to grab stuff for shower. Couldn't get the lock to close securely. After getting home, played more with the lock. If I force it very hard, I can get it to close. Final thoughts? Can't give it 0 stars but it was a waste of money ... show more

The idea is cute however this does not work. The link is really thin and could easily be snapped, the fingerprint even after registered to the device, any print could open it.
