The instructions explain that every single time you turn on the lock you have to sync it for actual time to unlock it from phone but it is really user friendly. The fingerprint pad is very small. While it was somewhat easy to set up, I have had difficulty opening each time I used it. Today, it took over ten minutes to get it open. I’m returning today.
