I am not sure what happened here but this box was opened and used! There was even an unaccompanied minor tag in it. I am extremely upset. There is no charger nor remote either

Terrible product- lights stopped working after about 3 weeks of limited use. Adhesive gave way after about the same length. Packaging is also misleading, suggests these lights are more customizable, can be used in many different places, than they really can. - packaging shows things like having these lights behind a mirror on a wall, this is impossible unless you have an outlet behind the mirror. Even if you can cut the lights, each strip you cut has to be connected to or plugged into something and the package only comes with one plug-in. Don’t waste your money.
