Wow. I love it. I have a fig tree that produces way too much figs and they spoil. So, i used the dehydrator on my figs. Already made 20+ pds of dry figs and easier to store. this is my first food dehydrator and I love it! Not able to do this until got this machine. Love that it's easy to operate, has many layers that I can do thin slices to do a big batch. The tongs is heavy duty, which I didn't expect. Gonna try jerky for the next batch.

This dehydrator works great, it has quite a few layers that make for a large batch of anything you need. The top 2 layers don't dehydrate as quickly as the rest but it makes sense based on where the motor is. Overall a great product for cheap.

    • I use the racks for steam cooking
I use the three stackable stainless steel racks mainly for steam cooking my food. I place the racks in my large pot, and their stackable design allows me to cook multiple layers of food simultaneously. This means I can steam a lot of vegetables and tofu at once. The stainless steel racks allow for even heat distribution, which results in perfectly cooked food every time. After using them for steam cooking, I place them in the dishwasher, and they come out sparkling clean without any effort on my part. I ordered these stackable stainless-steel racks from Amazon Vine, and they are practical, lightweight, easy to clean, and quite useful when I am making beef jerky, chocolate chip cookies, French friends, fried chicken, and other goodies in my kitchen. The stackable design is pretty handy because I always struggled with limited counter space, and I have been stacking them one on top of the other and storing them inside of my pressure cooker, and being able to stack these racks has really helped me maximize the area I have to work with, which is a plus for me since I am trying my best to keep things tidy and efficient in my home. Plus, they are dishwasher safe, so after I am done using these racks to cook or bake some goods, I just toss them in the dishwasher without any issues, it cuts down on the time I spend scrubbing and rinsing by hand, which is something I definitely appreciate.
