I did not like very much about them. I don't like the shape. The top end has a bulb shape and it did not give me the cold relief I needed in the area I needed it in. I have now used several different freezable cold packs designed for female areas. This model did not stack up favorably to the others, and also does not seem to stay frozen for as long. I also did not like how short they were in length. My other ones are gel beads and long. These were not long enough and did not cover me from my vulva to my anal region. I used these wonderfully cool packs several times a day for weeks after my pelvic organ prolapse surgery. They feel oddly stiff straight out of the freezer, but not when wearing. The ice packs easily fit into a soft fabric sleeve that tucks under and snaps (similar to pad wings) so they stay in place. These do work but I'm not a fan of how they stay. I did not like the sleeve they came in and they are a bit thin and melt in about 20 minutes. It works but I feel like it could be better

I have intense eczema and heat is the worst. At night I can’t seem to cool off so this has saved me!! It’s also so great for periods! Wish I would have known about this sooner!! This will now be my go to Christmas gift!! Watch out!!
