I like the seat and the back very much. The arm rests twist when you lean on them. That bothers me a bit. And the headrest hits me in the center of my neck instead of my skull. It would be better if it was more adjustable to a higher position. If you’re over 5’11” you’ll likely have the same problem. I have a $100 chair that is more comfortable that this one which costs more than twice as much. Assembly was easy but the Chinese allen screw heads strip real easy on the head rest, now it just flops around.

This chair is great! It is very supportive, I really like that it is adjustable, height and the back is adjustable as well. Since I am short, having the back lumbar adjustable is awesome. This chair was easy to assemble. It is very comfortable...I am a bigger guy at 6'2" 260lbs....and have had no trouble with it at all. I like the adjustable arm rests and the chair rolls effortlessly. Great chair. I'm a large guy and it holds me just fine. There was an issue with the shipping damaging the seat cushion, but the company stood by their product and sent me a new one to swap out the damaged one. I really had high hopes for this chair but I would not describe it as a big and tall chair. I am a 5 ft 6 in woman--275 lbs and it just doesn't fit me. Its very small. The seat is too short and hits at mid thigh making it uncomfortable to sit. The seat is wide enough side to side but when you can't sit properly it doesn't matter. The head rest is adjustable but low--if you are taller it may not work for you. On the plus side the chair is well made and easy to assemble. The cushion on the seat is thick. But if you are a bigger person I would suggest something different. I plan to return it if I can get it disassembled. ... show more
