I recently bought a new office desk and a 48" monitor. I need a tall office chair so that I can properly level with my monitor. I looked and found most of the big and tall office chairs are either too expensive or really not that tall. I came across this chair which seems to meet my requirements The chair hits several of my requirements: 1) Reasonably priced; 2) Not too bulky; 3) Mesh back (I get sweaty easily, so I can't buy those executive chairs...) To my surprise, this chair exceeds my expectation: 1) I know that this chair should have a good lumbar support before I bought it. What surprise me is the side support. It feels like the chair wrap around my back. It feels great and relaxing. I have had many mesh chairs before, many of them offer good back support, but none has side lumbar support. The moment I sat down on this new chair, I knew it was a keeper 2) While this chair is tall, it is not bulky or very heavy. I am still able to maneuver around easily 3) There are many mesh office chairs. Some of them claim they are tall, but, in fact, they only have tall back. Their seats are not that high. The height of the seat of this chair is over 23". Most of mesh chairs I found in Amazon are below 22" 4) I never knew flip up arms would be that helpful. I can now sit closer to the edge of my desk which allows me to have my entire back press against the chair. On my other chairs, I trend to lean forward and my back turns soar after several hours of working One thing I want to mention is that the instruction mislabels the screws, but it is easy to figure it out just by counting the screws. Not a big deal. Yes I am happy with this chair and will definitely keep it. Highly recommended. Now, my wife is debating if she wants to buy one for herself.... ... show more

Assembled this with a bud in about 20-30 minutes. Wasn't too bad at all, although I've assembled about 3 or 4 different types of chairs at this point. It comes with all the required tools and instructions on how to assemble the chair. But if you've done one, they're all pretty much the same. I have a razer gaming chair as well, but the seat cushion is a bit hard for me so I wanted to try something else. This chair's seat cushion was more plush and to my liking. The head rest was very helpful also, it adjusts like the head rest of a car. The lowest position worked well for my height, 5'8 but the head rest looks like it can increase a decent amount. So far using it I haven't had any issues, the wheels are very smooth, especially on hard floors. The mesh back is nice and there's lumbar support as well. The arms only go up and down, some side ways motion would be nice, but they work for me! Other than that, it's a solid chair, and I have no complaints! ... show more

This office chair has a wide seat and headrest which is great for a bigger frame. The seat is very comfortable and the mesh back is breathable and super comfy to sit in. I'd like to be able to adjust the arm wrests so that they could come in a little, but aside from that, I have zero complaints. There is ample lumbar support and the large head support can actually move up and down, adjusting to your needs. Definitely a product I'd suggest. ... show more

The chair came with only minimal pieces to put together - the hardware was mislabeled but I was able to figure out which bolts to use in the chair holes. Nice high armrests to help keep arms straight on the desk and the padding is nice. Large head rest makes it comfortable to turn your head in any direction.
