This is definitely a good chair. I am 6'4 235 lb and it's hard to find desk chairs that are comfortable and affordable. This chair is very comfortable and supports my back very well. If I had to say one negative it's the headrest is just a little low for me, but it's not too bad. I know it did say for 6' 2" and under and I'm just slightly above that so that might be the reason for me. I'm sure for most people it is not an issue. Easy to assemble by myself took less than an hour. All components came individually wrapped and protected. No scratches. All parts fit very well and tight. It is quiet so far, no squeaking or creaking/cracking. It appears and feels sturdy. Reclines and adjusts in seat, lumbar, arms, and head rest as it's supposed to, as advertised. It looks good, not simple, not complicated. Right in the middle of function and design. So far so good. I am very pleased. UPDATE: after about a week. The chair has remained sturdy and true. The seat cushion is not as thick as i'd thought, although it is still comfy, for now. I am bigger guy I am 6'1". I weight lift and my body is naturally bigger built anyway. I am over 250 lbs. I'm giving it 4 stars because the cushion/leather combo isn't that nice. And the head rest a good idea but not executed by design to its full potential. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The quality of the chair is good and it is very comfortable. I am using it in my home office and have already many spent hours in it. It is solid and I love that it comes with a five-year warranty. The assembly took about 1 hour and is pretty straightforward and not complicated. It has an adjustable lumbar support which helps my back quite a bit, and an adjustable headrest also quite helpful. The height adjustment is interesting it goes much higher than expected. I use it on the lowest setting and it good for typing at my desk. I also really like the padded arm rests. This chair is easily as good or better than the Lazyboy chair it replaced which I paid about twice as much for. Last night I fell asleep sitting in it that how comfortable I find it. ... show more

The chair feel like good quality, fairly simple to assemble for 1 person, it’s comfortable and comes with adjustable support for the back and head, and fit perfectly on my desk. I like the fact that the arm pads can be positioned vertically makes the chair go all the way into the desk saving space.

I had a gaming chair but I have starting working from home and needed more lumbar support. I love this chair. It is not perfect. The cushions on the arms can shift inside the material. It is not coming off, I just feel it move. I am 5' 6" and weigh just about your business, but not yet. I have shorter legs and have it on the lowest setting for the chair height. It fits me great. The seat is nice and wide and I find it comfortableeven after a long day. I like to sit with my legs crossed sometimes. I got the blue chair and the color is great. So far no complaints.
