My son loves the scooter, but 2 days after having it, the bell stopped working. Sounds like a small issue, but when your kid wanted that feature, its a bummer. Update: A product and company is only as good as its customer service! After Cybergoing read my original review, regarding the broken bell.... I received a message that they wanted to fix the situation. I was impressed and thankful, gave the information they requested. After SEVERAL attempts to find out where the replacement bell was and/or if it was sent, they STOPPED responding to me. I will never purchase or recommend this company again, a shame, because we need several more scooters. BUT there are several to choose from.
